Overpriced and disappointing
Pros:

Beautiful pool , large clean rooms and comfortable beds. Reception staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

We made a group booking and found out two weeks before arrival that there would be no beauty or massage therapists on site for our stay . We were really disappointed. The service at the restaurant was appalling : meals arriving at different times ( main guest waited at least thirty minutes for an entree once everyone else had been served ). By the time we had all eaten our mains the kitchen had essentially closed and some desserts were unavailable. The food was good : no complaints there . The waiter was poorly trained and couldn’t manage our group of 9 : he remained polite and respectful so we all felt sorry for him . Our table was upstairs, away from other diners, with no music or ambiance. We were not a rowdy group ( all women late 50’s plus ) celebrating a special event and were extremely disappointed.

Los alrededores, la limpieza de las habitaciones, la tranquilidad y el silencio por las noches, la amabilidad del personal y la calidad de los desayunos

Cons:

El gimnasio, esta en una habitacion enfrente del spa y esta a la misma tenperatura que el propio spa. Hay tan solo 2 maquinas y es un espacio muy reducido

Todo las instalaciones , el paísaje con el lago y los patos unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación , y las piscinas con el jacuzzi la entrada miy acogedora ,las habitaciones nos encanto .Y el desayuno buenismo !!

Estada molt plaent per les instal·lacions, el servei i l'entorn.
Pros:

Habitació molt àmplia, lluminosa i neta amb una terrassa amb bones vistes al jardí. Personal de recepció atent i amable.
Esmorzar bo i variat amb la possibilitat de prendre'l a les taules exterior del jardí. Aparcament inclòs i amb moltes places.
En aquesta ocasió no vaig anar al restaurant que hi ha a la masia annexa però hi he dinat en el passat: l'espai, el servei i el menjar són excepcionals. Molt recomanable.

Cons:

Trobo que pel preu pagat per l'habitació una hora d'spa per estada podria estar inclosa i qui vulgui més estona o sessions que pagui el suplement de 18€
