La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza excelente y las amenidades. Siempre hacia agua para beber.

Cons:

Se escucha algo de ruido, pero es normal que sea del exterior, no es molesto, pero sí se escuchaba entre habitaciones también, en ese caso sí era algo incómodo.

Personal agradable. Pudimos dejar nuestras maletas.

Cons:

El colchón estaba muy muy duro. Leímos comentarios del ruido de la calle y no pensamos que fuese para tanto pero si. Nos dieron una habitación que daba a un patio para no tener tang ruido y aún así se escuchaba mucho la calle principal. La ubicación para nuestro gusto no fue buena, si te apetece estar por el centro histórico si.

Good stay in Mexico City
Pros:

Clean room, room was relatively big with desk and chair, towels were provided, friendly staff at check in / check out, working elevator to access the guest rooms with luggage, and good location in central Mexico City.

Cons:

One of the main issues was that the hot water in the shower didn't really work - the water was only lukewarm and it was uncomfortably cold for a shower. Would recommend investigating the hot water to make sure guests are comfortable.

Pros:

El mejor hotel en el que me eh hospedado, el personal muy amables, atentos, siempre disponibles y con la mejor actitud. Me encanta y sobre todo que puedes dejar tus cosas mientras llega la hora de check-in. Tiene muchos lugares cerca, sin duda el mejor.
