This is a long term facility. False advertising by hotels.com as despite accepting my booking and taking my payment for 1 night, the hotel do not accept such bookings.

It was horrible the check in took for ever the water in the shower was brown and made me feel greasy there werent any elevators

When I arrived, there were no rooms available. The front desk girl asked the Maintenance Man to put an AC in a room that had been out of service, for a while. The room smelled sour, was dirty and the AC had mold around the window. The transient clientele made me uncomfortable. I left messages for Demitrius for a full refund, I did not stay at this Hotel.

There were broken down cars in the parking lot with flat tires.

There was dried blood/blood they tried to wash out on the towels. Everyone that’s living there is WEIRD and it’s so uncomfortable. Kids run around alll day and ride scooters and bikes around the hallways. A cleaning lady literally tried to bust into my room and if it wasn’t for me having the latch on my door she would have been in there, didn’t knock or announce herself just tried to come right in. I’m honestly not even sure what she was doing there because the floor made my feet black. I will NEVER stay here

Cockroach infested filthy dump. Bathroom was crawling with roaches. There wasn’t even a garbage bin in the room. Good god the halls outside and floor. So terrible

The property look clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem is there is no staff in office after 7pm other than emergency. But it took just 10 minutes for someone to attend to my call when I got locked out of my room.

Lady at the front desk was amazing. Room was big and very clean. The bed was kinda hard but comfortable. The pool was the only drawback it was not clean.

Laundry filthy. Walkways filthy. Bathroom fan filthy. Floor just swept, never mopped. Vanity’s filthy. Elevator filthy. Condition of entire facility is terrible. Painting outside of building instead of taking care of rooms.

When walking through the complex make sure to dodge the dog feces and urine. They do not clean it up. Was told i had the room until a certain day, then they tried to have me move rooms so somebody else could have a room.

It was the worst hotel ive been too I had a rat in my room.

Room was clean. No trash cans and bedding was ok.

I liked the staff very very friendley

Room was nice but bad smell like urine and bad rotton mop water, but room looked perfect

There no staff available at check in the room had roaches,there were no toilet paper, ice machine was inoperable.

Do not stay if you have another choice. Room was cute. Neighbors were super loud and very disrespectful. Very creepy people live there. I got up to check every other hour to make sure my car wasn't getting broken into. The place all around was disgusting. Would not stay again.
