Reserved a room for one night stay after a memorial service and when we got there they had no reservation for us even though I showed proof of reservations and paid for. Had to drive back home 5 hours at night. Totally unexceptab.
That is didn't get a room and they could of cared less.
The breakfast was okay but not as spectacular as advertised
