Staff is super nice
Found bed bugs.
The location was near the activities we had planned for our vacation.
The rooms were dingy and bedding was not clean, the entire building we stayed in smelled of marijuana. The pool area was not well kept and the bathroom in the pool area was disgusting with no running and the toilet was full of dirty water. The mildew in the air in the room caused my son to have an asthmatic episode. Both of my children were having allergic reactions to the air quality in the room.
Nothing! Plumbing did not work. Had to go to a different room. Nobody manned the front desk. TiB was filthy

The location was great for meeting friends at the Miller's Landing where they keep their boat. Liked the Harley Davidson store being close. The person working the front desk was super nice and helpful.
The floors were sticky. The bathroom door barely works. Other guests stood outside our door smoking cigarettes and talking until 3am. Trash from previous guest was left in the room.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and wouldn't even let us in the door.
We were extremely exhausted, arriving at midnight and ready to take a shower and go to bed. When we got to our room there were no towels, no shampoo, no soap and no remote control for the TV. The microwave didn't even work and we hadn't had dinner yet therefore we needed to heat it up. I went to the front desk because they would not answer the phone the three times that I called. He informed me that he could give me towels but nothing else because he didn't know where they were located. We didn't know yet that the microwave wasn't working. He couldn't even give us a remote for the TV so we were expected to do nothing in our room. We decided that we were tired and we guessed that we would go ahead and stay even though we couldn't take a shower. After we found that the microwave didn't work either we decided that we had had enough and it was time for us to leave. The man at the front desk guaranteed me that my money would be returned the following morning. It has been two days and the money still has not hit my account. The man at the front desk refuse to give me a receipt stating that my money was in the process of being refunded, makes me feel as if this isn't going to happen but I will do anything in my power to get my money back as this is no way to treat customers and no one wants to stay in a motel this crappy. I don't know the law enforcement will do anything about this but I am going to contact everyone possible to get my money back. Absolutely the second worst hotel that I have ever been inside of. The room look nice and clean but without a shower and dinner just is not acceptable to me. I hope that you do not decide to stay here but if you do just realized that you have been warned.

Great stay with nice staff
My boyfriend and I took a day trip to lake of the ozarks and stayed here. The staff was nice and so was the service. We stayed in room 213 the room itself was nice and clean. Now for the not so great part. The stairs and deck going to the room was a little unstable as we walked across it we could feel it moving, when we got to the room the door was very hard to shut we had to slam it every time. The ac unit was very out of date and you couldn’t adjust anything on it or turn it off so it was just on the whole time and the room got very very cold. The bedding really needs to be updated. There was only 1 wall outlet in the bedroom room area and it only worked if the spiral light on the wall was left on if you turned to the light off to sleep the outlet stopped working. The only other outlet in the whole room was in the bathroom. The whole room needs a good modern day update with outlets being installed through out the room and lighting fixed. My advice if you stay here bring your own comforter, so you don’t freeze and an extension cord so that you can plug your devices in to charge and ask for a room on the ground so you don’t have to worry about the stairs or deck collapsing when you walk on it.
The staff was very people friendly. Shower was great. Room was clean. AC worked great.

The worst place I have ever stayed. Over priced, poorly cleaned and smelly room,dirty and old curtain with poorly covering the window, teribble noice disturbance, poor light system and old unclean chair.
My ac didn’t work, I had a mouse in the room I moved the dresser around and it ran out the door!!! 🙁 it got the job done of sleep and shower tho! I’ve stayed in nicer holding cells! The room looked like someone checked out and they just came in and made the bed.. sorry to leave you a bad review😞
We have stayed here a couple times and every time the room's are very clean. They come with smart TVs and have free wifi with great signal.
During labor day weekend when we stayed the pool was closed. Other than that, no complaints.
The stage was really good and friendly. We were very happy to be staying there.
