Pros:

Выражаю искреннюю благодарность сотруднице на стойке регистрации по имени Abril, она быстро помогла мне забронировать тур, решила все организационные вопросы и помогала советами. Район достаточно безопасный, недалеко от центра города и в шаговой доступности от остановки транспорта Tren Maya.

Cons:

1. Отель старый, стоимость очень завышена
2. Завтрак дорогой и невкусный. Вместо масла там подают маргарин.
3. Кондиционер очень шумный даже в ночном режиме и ночью было тяжело спать.
4. Полотенца были рваные.

Other preferable places to stay closer into "Centro" at very similiar pricing.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but adequate, however the coffee was substandard and weak. The location was ok, opposite a large park and only a 6~ 7minute easy walk to "Centro" . The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

It is a "tired" facility, perhaps fine for the 70's for young back-packers, that really could benefit from an updating. The rooms are small with minimal closet or storage space, no desk or table, and only one small "sofa" seat. (The larger "suite" that I peeked into, has a small kitchenette with a fridge but it appeared poorly equipt with no cutlery or utensils, and a sink that was rusting),

Pros:

Great location close to the historic center with lots of restaurants around. The lady at the reception desk went the extra mile to help us find the best place to see the festivities around día de los muertos.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better, but still ok. Parking is small but we managed to find a place for all days of our stay.

Muy austero
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy rico y la ubicación es muy buena, justo en el centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

La habitación es demasiado austera, no hay ni bote de basura. Solo un buró entre dos camas y ya, el closet y el baño. No hay donde poner las cosas, no hay ni una silla. Y la ventana que da al "paseo" hace demasiado ruido por el eco de todos los que hablan abajo y eso despierta.
