Pros:

Chambre confortable et jolie, lit top, exactement la chambre de l'annonce. Le bain est top, parfait pour des personnes un peu plus grandes en taille, je recommande vivement. Personnel sympathique et patient, je reviendrais!

Cons:

Malheureusement, la télé n'était pas en état de marche, c'est le seul point un peu frustrant mais très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble. Les horaires du SPA sont aussi un peu spéciaux, j'aurais aimé pouvoir aller me baigner avant mon départ.

Pros:

Insgesamt ist das Haus bemüht Stil, Kreativität, Design und Komfort zu vereinen. Professioneller Service am Desk, im Restaurant und in der Bar. Rund um die Uhr Service und Professionalität.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Mit der weichen Auflagen drauf war es super super fluffig. Muss man mögen. Wenn man die Auflage runternimmt, dann war es leider keine angenehm harte Matratze sondern eher eine gefühlt durchgelegene Schlafstelle mit Kuhle. Mein Zimmer war zudem mit der Fensterseite zu einer eventlokation. Anstatt Ausblick hatte ich Deckenscheinwerfer und Große Vorhänge vor dem nicht zu öffnenden Fenstern. Wasserdruck in der tollen Dusche war nicht wirklich hoch.

Gutes Ende bei unschönem Anfang
Pros:

Design-Zimmer Top, gutes Bett, sehr schönes Bad, Design im Haus, Freundlichkeit des Personals :-)
Kälteproblem im Zimmer wurde direkt behoben durch eine Notlösung
Beim Auschecken hat man die Zusatzkosten für das Zustellbett direkt wieder storniert und ist uns entgegen gekommen :-)

Cons:

Zimmer war eiskalt, lies sich auch nicht wärmer einstellen :-(
Man gab uns dann aber einen kleinen Heizlüfter - mit dem war das Zimmer ausreichend warm
3-Bett-Zimmer bestellt, dennoch wollte man uns vor Ort pro Nacht 50 CHF extra abverlangen für das Zustellbett

I liked the chocolate and bank safe decor theme. the staff were really friendly.

Cons:

the restaurant was expensive and food was not good value. the tv in my room didn't work. we ended up watching Netflix on my phone since the tv didn't support Netflix or wifi screen cast. the shower flooded the bathroom floor. they said they had spa facilities but there was no spa bath. I booked for 3 adults but there was some mixup with their policy of adding an extra bed to their standard 2 person room which was a little embarrassing at check-in.

Pros:

convenient location. very stylish. extended hours food service was great - we had dinner at 10:30pm. loved the bank safe cabinet and bathroom in the room. fascinated by the mirrors in the toilet and shower.

Cons:

breakfast was awfully expensive. left me worrying about the cost for the rest of the day.
