Pros:

The staff was so nice and helpful. Quiet. I got the room i wanted- they listened. Breakfast was good. Waffles you could easily make, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice and the likes.

Cons:

Uber was hard to get at nite but that wasnt the hotels fault.

Pros:

I love how clean and well-maintained this hotel is! This is my third time staying here, and I honestly love it every time. The river view from the balcony is definitely a must—it makes the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! ❤️

Great location, if you like, quiet and off the parkway
Pros:

The property is incredibly clean and well taken care of. Showers were huge and spotless.I was pleasantly surprised. Not directly on the parkway so it makes it a quieter stay

Cons:

Front desk, wanting to charge extra money for checking in an hour. Early is a little unnecessary when it was incredibly slow. Before the weekend.

Definitely coming back in the fall great place to stay

The properties in a perfect place anywhere you wanna go easy to get to the cleanliness and the staff was amazing. Very peaceful and quiet. Recommended to anyone that’s coming to pigeon Forge.
