Wonderful loved it
Pros:

Everything was excellent. Wonderful room. Fantastic view of the river from our balcony. Breakfast delicious. We will definitely stay here when we visit again from the UK.

Cons:

Maybe a few more tables and chairs at breakfast as it gets really busy

Great hotel near Smoky Mountains for a few days
Pros:

Location was great, as it was easy to get to Smoky Mtn National park quickly. Also, the room facing the river was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast is fine for a day or two but after four days becomes a challenge. Need some firmer pillows as well.
Was disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub for after hiking.

Pros:

I loved how my room was right on the river and the location was perfect right next to the Pigeon Forge strip but on a back road.

Cons:

The office chair in our room was torn in bad condition, but didn't affect our stay. Also I did notice a few tiny bugs in the bathroom maybe cause we are right on river, im not sure.
