Beds hard, pillows half size, the elevator is outside and slow during cold weather, shower pressure was awful, out dated

Great stay for a great price!
Pros:

The room was just renovated! The shower was brand new and the floors were new and very clean. Loved having the fireplace in the bedroom ands balcony overlooking the river. The room was very good size and the fact that the second vanity was outside of the bathroom was a plus. The staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast was good - Scrabbled eggs with onion and peppers, bacon cheese grits, biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles and a good muffin selection. The price was great for all of the amenities.

Cons:

The beds were not extremely comfortable and will hopefully be the next upgrade…

Pros:

I love that Twin Mountain is off the "strip", family and pet friendly, and is directly on the 'river'. In the fall when we return, we will also "make reservations' to include our 2 dogs. All of the staff was friendly and accommodatiing, and the room was spotless. It was easy to pass through Wears Valley or Gatlinburg to reach entrance to the Park.

It was very cold weather and the only downside was waiting in the cold for the elevator but we never had to wait long !
Pros:

We had a king suite and it was very spacious … 2 vanity sinks… an awesome view of the river !

Pros:

Todo el personal es muy amable,las Señoras de la cocina muy lindas y una éxcelente limpieza en todo el hotel.
Tambien la ubicación y el precio.
Aceptan Gatos y perros, no en todo los hoteles aceptan Gatos.

Cons:

Cuando reserve, decia que tenia chimenea y no servia la chimenea, deven checar los servicios,antes de ofrecerlos.
