A very nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The location on the Pigeon river is great. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river which was full of ducks and geese.

The stay was great but the issue with the hold was very disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was great and staff were all very efficient and courteous.

Cons:

There was an extra hold on my account for the stay that totaled out to be twice the amount of the room. I was told the hold was only temporary but it could take up to 10 days for it to be removed. Not happy about this at all.

Perfect location and the room was very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Having the balcony overlooking a flowing river was wonderful! I loved viewing the ducks. The fireplace was an added luxury! So clean and comfortable. Located off the main parkway, it was very peaceful!

Cons:

Breakfast was very good. However, being a lifetime southerner, the biscuits were a disappointment.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Very friendly lady in the breakfast area. Front desk lady very friendly also. Room was spacious and relaxing. I loved the room location I was in.

Pros:

we have stayed here 3 times and enjoyed it always clean and nice breakfast

Cons:

I was disappointed on this last stay a little bit.we have always gotten a king size bed and never had a problem but they didn't have one this time and we had to get 2 queen and we tried both of them. they were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. won't keep me from going back as long as I can get a king sized
