Breakfast location

Cons:

We went when it was very cold. Just the fact that our rooms were not inside the building. Going for breakfast, we had put on warm clothing to go outside in the very cold to get the breakfast.

Best stay ever
Pros:

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were massive. Having a sink in and out of the bathroom was amazing. The balcony was massive as well and very private. The balcony also had comfortable furniture as well

Cons:

The only criticism I have is the mattress. It is very firm. The pillows were ok though

Always a pleasant stay
Pros:

Breakfast isn't terrible its has your basics, the hotel is always quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable we love staying here when we come. This is our fourth time staying at this hotel.

Perfect location, absolutely loved the view. There were geese and ducks there all the time which was really fun.

Cons:

The railing on the balcony was wide enough a small child could slip through, definitely suggest the company put some screen over the railing to prevent a horrible accident. Just be very cautious and don’t let your kids anywhere near this otherwise it was great.

Twin Mountain Inn and Suites was a delightful stay! I highly recommend and will stay again!
Pros:

The whole facility was extremely clean - I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that was this clean! Bravo! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; room was comfortable and spacious; views were beautiful; and the breakfast was great!

Cons:

I don't have any negatives to report. A transformer blew outside the motel during the night/early hours of the morning, but crews got power restored quickly - it did not affect the stay. The staff was responsive and on call to assist.
