Bed is not comfortable , there was no shampoo, soap in room. Receptionist is not willing to help you when you ask something. Pool is fine, and there is free service from hotel to the beach

Not all the staff are friendly
Pros:

Room was clean when we started our stay but after that they stopped cleaning it until we ask for it.
Some staff were very welcoming and professional especially the night ones but the morning the lady in the reception wasn't that good.
The swimming pool was good the entertainment team were doing their best and we liked it.
The food could definitely be better.
The beach should have been groomed to remove the nettles and maintain the volleyball area.

Pros:

Genel olarak sakin güzel bir otel. Çok fazla yemek ve tatlı çeşidi yoktu. Personel saygılı ve ilgiliydi. Animasyonda berkay bey ve furkan bey çok samimi ve eğlenceliydi. Havuz deniz yeterli seviyede. Yemek olmazsa olmazım diyenler için biraz yetersiz kalabilir
