Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удачное в тихом переулке в старом квартале. Многие достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Завтраки хорошие: есть соки, кофе, йогурт, сыр, различные фрукты, какое то горячее блюдо и другое, а так же дополнительно можно сделать заказ блюд по меню.
Номер очень красивый с очаровательным маленьким балкончиком. Мне было очень комфортно находиться здесь. Отель рекомендую 👍

Smoke to the balcony. 😁
Pros:

I choosed this hotel and I stayed in the old quarter. Nice atmosphere. Vibrant city. I liked a lot that we had a room balcony and the receptionist gave me the permission to smoke in the balcony. Cool. The receptionist also print our flight ticket for free. Very kind guy.
The room is very big. Excelent location.
The furniture is old.

Abbiamo pagato due notti dovendo arrivare alle 5 del mattino e nonostante questo la camera non era ancora pronta avendola data ad altre persone che abbiamo dovuto aspettare uscissero per “pulire” la stanza. Quindi ci hanno fatto pagare una notte inutilmente facendosela pagare anche da altri. Era tutto molto sporco, lametta usata sul lavandino. Sconsiglio vivamente.

The staff are the best. Mr Peter was amazing. very professional,helpful, and extremely well organized.
He is one of the best managers we have ever experienced.p
Fantastic communicator and a relaxed and thoughtful person.

He organized a 3 day cruise, taxis, and great ideas for seeing Hanoi and was always getting the best service and prices.

Breakfasts are amazing and the chef made the best beef pho.

This hotel is right among the action but very quite.

Good location for the old town. Great breakfast. Quirky.

Cons:

It’s a bit in need of some tidying up in the room we had. Paint work is patchy and walls are marked, tiling is in need of replacing on the floor. Room was small.

A great location for the old quarter.
Pros:

Central to the old quarter.
Very quiet hotel even though you are in the midst of everything.
Attention to detail from the staff was excellent.
Great breakfast, selection of drinks, cereal, fruit to choose from. A good selection of hot food which is cooked to order as well.

Cons:

A bit of an odd location down a side alley with scooters parked outside. But once you get used to that, you realise how central it is to the old quarter.
Hotel is a little tired, but spotlessly clean.
Don’t expect much if you pay extra for a balcony. It’s just a ledge looking over other roofs, probably not worth the extra.
