The location, its a very busy area
The staff was not professional and not friendly and did not ask my preferences and gave me a smoking room facing the noisy street.
The rooms are old, smelly and dirty with poor lightning in a loft configuration, with the bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs. For a 65 years old its dangerous and the staff should have been aware of it.
The breakfast room was located in the basement and we need to walk outside in the cold and dark of the night at 07:00 (no lights came on or any kind of illumination to get there. The content was barely minimum but not standard options for a 4 star hotel

limited dining but if you like fast food Doner restaurants you will be well served, along with convenience markets. close to the adjacent medical centers which is most likely the reason for people staying there. Clean room and friendly staff. Easy to get to transportation for the city center and tourist locations but is quite a distance.

Inițial am rezervat trei nopți dar a trebuit să mai rezerv o noapte. Pentru acea noapte m-au mutat în altă cameră deoarece prețul camerei îl măriseră cu 30%. Jenant! Micul dejun un dezastru, noroc cu pepenele. Curățenia din camera este la nivelul a cel mult trei stele.

It was smoking smell even I was in non smoking room. I do not smoke and I have allergy on smoke.
It was very poor breakfast not as traditional Turkish breakfast. If I know it I would never book my room with such breakfast.
The property was a little disappointing for a Ramada property the room stunk of cigarette smoke and Queen bed had only Double bed linen in place insufficient for 2 sleeping in the same bed. The restaurant food service slow and food was cold. Also no. Swimming pool or whirlpool available . The property is close to plenty of street food dining options and Coffee shops
breakfast: NO SPOONS the first day, the coffee is bad, no bread for toasts, the juice is not good.
room furniture is too old and worn out. the rooms smell of smoke even if I was in a non-smoking floor. There were youngsters the 2nd and 3rd night going back and forth from room screaming. unacceptable
