Always glad to be here. Family room was great
Pros:

Plentiful of choice for breakfast. Hotel manager was joyful. Swimming pool was good for kids.

Pros:

Excellent room, location and food. The food taste a lot better than penang island 5 star hotel. Keep it up.

Great location, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

The breakfast spread was excellent with freshly made teh tarik. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large family room with strong water pressure and rain fall showerhead. Location is perfect with easy walking distance (2-7 mins' walk) to nearby restaurants and Sunway Carnival Mall. Plenty of power sockets in the bedroom.

Cons:

The air-conditioner took a very long time to cool down the room after a hot day, even after the maintenance staff checked the controls. Otherwise, the rest of my stay was excellent.
