Pros:

Staff from the parking, door man, reception, bell man & the breakfast are all well trained. Facilities are top notch incomparable with the hotel on Penang. Room are just nice & clean.

Pros:

Always my go-to hotel whenever i’m in penang. Good location, easy to find food around, even 5min from the sunway mall. Breakfast has many options to choose.

Pros:

The staff were so lovely. From checkin to the room cleaners and the restaurant staff. Welcoming and always had a smile on their faces.

The location was good too. 8min walk to the shops close to a run park for the morning runners.
