Lose the dust in the corners. Gnats in the bathroom.
The staff was great
Room was very damp. Surface mold on the ironing board.
The location.
After requesting a room on the first floor, we were put upstairs because the front desk staff person had her very young daughter unsupervised in the last room on the first floor because she claimed some person had threatened the life of her and her daughter.
Everything was great
The air conditioner was making to much noise
This property is in a depressed part of the state. The manager is working hard to keep the establishment clean and respectable.
Clean lady at front desk was very helpful it was quite we booked another room for January
Clean rooms,
Room 203 has alot of moisture so everything was wet in my room.
Great staff on duty daily and good housekeeping staff and see.
The outside could of been cleaner, the manger should of been nicer.
The WiFi was really bad!
This hotel has modest facilities and is very clean. We were assigned room 111 which is right off the lobby and can be very noisy in the morning. I would strongly suggest asking for any room but this one. Also the floors are hardwood vinyl and is you are on the ground floor can hear every footstep above you.
DISRESPECTFUL STAFF AT CHECK OUT. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
I normally do not leave bad reviews but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. When we checked in, the staff member in the morning was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional, and welcoming. That should have set the tone for the rest of our stay but unfortunately it did not.
When it was time to check out, the woman at the front desk was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. I rang the bell and she came out with a nasty attitude, snapping OK LEAVE IT THERE like we were bothering her. No greeting, no thank you, no eye contact. Just pure attitude. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNNECESSARY.
We PAID for our room just like every other guest. The LEAST she could do is treat people with BASIC RESPECT. If someone dislikes their job that much, they should not be working in hospitality.
I WILL BE COMING BACK. Not because I want to deal with this again but because I want to see if anything changes. I will leave a review after EVERY VISIT until I see improvement. Hopefully next time the check out experience matches the kindness we received when we checked in. Until then this was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT
