Great stay very happy
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and was very happy with the location, it is 1 minute from a huge shopping mall "Emsphere" and 5 minutes to the BTS station. The price I thought was really reasonable and the staff are all very cheerful and helpful... I would like to say a special thanks to the 2 ladies who work in the morning breakfast buffet, thay are always very happy and cheerful which brightens up the day... Overall I will definitely stay here again and recommend.

The bed was comfortable and the room contained all the standard amenities you would expect in a hotel. staff were excellent, attentive and spoke good English. Hotel is walking distance to a BTS, MRT or mall so is well located for shopping and sightseeing

Cons:

The room was a bit on the smaller side but if you only need somewhere to sleep this is not a big deal.

Steal::::Credit Card Information Stolen by Front Desk Staff
Pros:

"When I checked into the hotel in January 2026, the front desk staff required a credit card deposit for incidentals and room damages.
A few months later (they waited on purposely few months) , fraudulent online purchases totaling $2,300 were charged to the card.
It is very clear that the front desk staff compromised, shared, or sold my credit card information.
I am 100% certain of this because that specific transaction was the only time the card was ever used; it has no other transaction I made before or after that date."

Staffs look very friendly but they steal your information of credit card.
