No fridge no water cattle but beautiful view

Over priced for the condition of the rooms
No toitetries I had to buy necessary items bathroom toilet paper holder broken
Shower water pressure very low No hot water (water heater didnt turn on)would been nice if equiped with Frig

A reasonable price and no hassle even when we arrived at 1:30 am.

It was a little tricky to find, but the stay there was wonderful. My only real complaint was that there was no wifi.

Very basic accommodation no safe in the room or the building or WiFi no fridge. Also very noisy from the other guests on the !! Not sure what to call it a shared balcony? as seen in photo. I was woken up at 6:30 every morning with a family having breakfast 😡 Very expensive for what you get. At nearly £40 a night I expected more I think you’re paying for the location.

Staff is absolutely Terrible,Please do Train them to be more Hospitable.

Supposedly, we could have our check-in as soon as we arrived at the vicinity which stated on the policy (6am) however, our reservation wasn't noted and there were still guests accomodating our room. We waited 'till 12 pm for us to have the room.

The room is dirty even the surroundings. Ants arr everywhere. The staffs were not approachable. I will not recommend this hotel because of my experiences.

For the comparable hotels around, this is not worth the money we paid. Reasons: Slippery floor, exposed electric wires, toilet does flush,mouldy bathroom, room smell, very old and tatty beds, tiny TV with no remote control, extremely worn out mattresses (sunken in the middle). No WIFI. Breakfast acceptable.
We thought we experienced the worst but we were wrong indeed!

The service was bad. We had to wait for so long when we got there before getting a room. The room felt dirty. We had booked a room w/ free breakfast but they said the drinks weren't free. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is beachfront.

Beachfront hotel. Very convenient. Near food and party places.

for the price of the hotel overnight is fair , and justifiable . i would definately recommend this to a friend or family . my stay was satisfied

U need to take plenty of money. Brown outs were daily and the banks are off line. Only one ATM in White Beach. You need to go to Puerto Galera for additional ATM's if the power is out you are up the creek for money. I had to take a van To Calapan a 2 hour round trip to get cash. Other than that, the Hotel and location is great. The staff and service is great.

Location was perfect. Room was typical cheap beach rooms. AC was on non stop 24 hours never got cold. Beds were not comfortable but ok. Closet was falling apart literally the wood was peeling off the doors, bathroom sink had not handle, shower had a heater which was nice. No wifi in rooms just in restaurant. Staff was nice. I paid way too much for the room but I guess you pay for location.

need to improve room appliances. no shower in other rooms. faucet leaks lack of maintenance.

The man at white beach hotel took us to white beach resort to rent a motor cycle. when we returned the bike he made us pay for damage that was all ready there.

They didn't have our booking recorded. They made us wait for a room because they couldn't confirm our booking and almost didn't have a room for us. It was such an inconvenience we were all very upset.
