The property is nice and is in a great location.

Cons:

There was no power from the time I checked in around 1500 to 0730 the next day. I understand some of this is out of their control but staff made no effort to help out with providing external lights or some sort of charging bank. Another patron had to ask staff to get a light at night to see.
Also my AC never worked. It was a sauna in the room. At 0730 a staff member came by to have me check the lights. Also I overheard other patrons being offered compensation for 10% off the next time for their inconvenience and I wasn’t offered anything. Just a heads up if you choose to stay here.

Boa experiência!
Pros:

Localizacao perfeita, a poucos passos do coliseu . Metro próximo (cavour). Quarto bom, cafe da manhã bom

Cons:

Houve uma queda de energia no bairro (o hotel nao tem culpa disso), mas acabou afetando nossa experiência. Estava muito quente e o quarto sem luz e ar condicionado por uma noite
