Schöne Unterkunft in unruhiger, zentraler Gegend
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und wirkte modern.
Bett fand ich sehr gemütlich.
WLAN läuft problemlos.
Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr ansprechend.
Vorhänge waren sauber.
Nachbarzimmer kaum hörbar.
Es gab ein kostenloses Wasser.
Personal sehr nett.
Unterkunft sehr Zentral in der wunderschönen Altstadt.
Viele Restaurants, Cafes und Bars schnell erreichbar.
Ebenso viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keinen Fahrstuhl: Laut Betreiber von der Stadt nicht genehmigt.
Etwas zu zentral 😅 viel los vor dem Fenster: Abends sind viele Menschen unterwegs, verstärkt durch einen Supermarkt nebenan.
Morgens sind Reinigungsfahrzeuge und Lieferanten dort sehr früh am arbeiten.
Samstags auch noch der Aufbau vom Wochenmarkt.
Zudem gibt es den Kirchturm der Münster nebenan, der sich zwischendurch auch bemerkbar macht…
Lüftung im Bad nicht sehr stark.
Bei mir im Bad etwas modriger Geruch aus dem Abfluss.
Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank und keinen Kühlschrank.
Zimmer ohne Balkon.

Nettes individuelles Hotel mit super Frühstück
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sehr nettes Personal und großartiges Frühstück

Cons:

Leider war es bis spät in die Nach super laut auf dem Münsterplatz, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster, ab drei Uhr kam die Kehrmaschine und ab 5Uhr wurden die Marktstände aufgebaut…, schlafen ging nur mit Oropax

Pros:

Frühstückstaum äußerst gemütlich. Das Angebot frisch und gut sortiert. Der Rezeptionist , Herr Rusmali, war äußerst zuvorkommend. Sehr engagiert
uns einen guten Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten,
daher: wenn mal wieder in Ulm übernachten, dann genau da!

Cons:

Hilfe beim Koffer hoch-bzw runtertragen, da der Aufgag sehr steil ist und somit auch der Abgang

Tek kelimeyle harikaydı.
Pros:
