Everything was good, clean, and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Proximity to the beach and commodities is great.

4th visit and again was a great stay.Staff are all fantastic and very friendly and always willing to help. We had requested a room near adult pool when booking 6 months ago but unfortunately this wasn’t possible.We were allocated a room looking out on to strip but thankfully the heavy door minimised the noise however our friends had to be moved as they were allocated a double bed. We reported our fridge not working on 3 occasions but wasn’t fixed during our stay. Muhamet at adult pool is an absolute credit and his presence is definitely missed on his day off! This hotel has definitely been our favourite and the only issues have been minimal. Food and drinks are excellent and would definitely recommend this hotel! We also used the onsite spa and this was also brilliant!

I’m going to start by saying this hotel is a very good standard 4 star hotel by comparison to other hotels that said for its class it is out standing. Having stayed next door in sun city several times we decided to give Sundia a try. It had a lot to live up to based on its current reviews and it did do. Il rate each section
Food
This was excellent better than expected good choice each day in buffet restaurant and fantastic service from staff. The snack restaurant is table service and food is cooked fresh a wide choice from the menu pizzas kebabs and burgers plus lots more .
Bars
Quality cocktails including Aperol spritz prosecco decent wines and other drinks all on the AI menus only disappointment was no rum available on AI menu
Rooms
Modern clean and perfectly acceptable if your not near the strip some of the rooms were in a noisy area but we weren’t.
Entertainment
This was good live DJ on roof terrace in early evening was good also enjoyed live band.
Pools
2 pools one large main pool with lots going on including foam party’s games etc and over 18s pool that is quite would like to say thanks to Mohamed at quite pool bar he was fantastic.
Staff
Again absolutely fantastic every one went out of their way to deliver good service
Location
On the main strip 3mins from beach perfect if you want tonne near the action.

Have just returned from our second stay at Sundia by Liberty at Olu Deniz, another fabulous two weeks of relaxation in the sunshine. We seriously cannot fault the hotel or any of the staff. Can’t wait to return again next year. The hotel is located in a very central location providing easy access to the strip where you will find lots of lovely shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. The dolus is easy to find if you want to venture to hisaronu or Fethiye

Pool is lovely which has a ladder & walk-in steps, . It was a lovely temperature. Also has plenty of sunloungers. Lovely and comfortable sunlounger mattresses. Two lifeguards working which is good very good & friendly particular Erdem.

We stayed in room 1704 ground floor room as my mum had mobility scooter so this could be charged in the room which was great location & suitable room for us. Our maid was Demet amazing couldn’t do enough, cleaning was spot on. Rooms were lovely and clean and modern.

Although are room backed onto the strip VIP bar the noise wasn’t that much and never kept us awake.

The mini fridge is always stocked up daily.

We used the spa had many treatments from Turkish bath and massage / massages with Irfan, Kadek and Niluh who are all great at what they do. We also had the after-sun package which was again lovely and relaxing.

Kaya helped us book the packages that we wanted and a special shoutout to Sharon in the spa reception also. All staff are so friendly & lovely.

Entertainment team were just great and had so much energy and very friendly never hassle you to join in with anything if you don’t want to.

Umut & icardi were fantastic along with the others from the team. Pool party on a Wednesday is great everyone seems to enjoy this of all ages.

Although there is a quiet pool for adults only we didn’t use this. As we prefer the goinig-on around the main pool and there is only steps to access the adult / quiet pool.

The hotel grounds are immaculate. The gardens are beautifully maintained and all areas pathways / pool areas were kept exceptionally clean and tidy.

Breakfast had a great selection and freshly cooked omelettes. Lunchtime - snack bar 12.30-16.00, option where meals are cooked fresh, from pasta, burgers, pizzas, chicken, lamb kebabs, fish plenty of choice, ice creams are also served. But you can also use the main restaraunt with Buffett style.

Are main waiters at the snack bar Serdar was brilliant couldn’t do enough, Beril also very good and friendly.

Snack bar staff great but again special mention to Metin and the main bar staff who are great, very friendly and always knew what your order is and had it ready! (Can’t remember all their names)

Main restaurant great and friendly staff again, some of the food is quite repetitive could do with mixing it up a little, found something most days

Eray at the bar by reception was brilliant so friendly and always happy, also knew what you wanted she was just brilliant. The melon slushie was lovely and refreshing. She also always knew what we wanted.

The hotel is disable friendly but the lift from reception you need to get the staff to operate it as it’s not a closed lift but does the job.

Reception staff were all brilliant but a special mention to

Egemen, Servet, Sercon who are always willing to help my mum with the mobility scooter up and down in the manual lift and out the door due to the steep ramp. All the staff are always helpful and cheery happy to do anything for you.

Guest relations very helpful as usual Nuray Kivrak. Along with the security staff.

Lockable luggage room one thing they are lacking is a proper scales to weigh your suitcases before leaving for the airport like suncity have. Where as Sundia by Liberty just have a hand scales

This was my first trip to Turkey and we chose this hotel based on the reviews placed on their Web site, my reviews are based on first impressions some down sides to this hotel and some lovely ups about it too,
so where do I start,
firstly I'd say to the hotel stop giving out the room 1019, the hotel is getting a bad name right at this point of a holiday, before it's even started,
any way
I have to say the hotel is in an absolutely fabulous location, next to the strip, bars shops, short trip to markets and cable car etc, superb and a short distance for the beach, having arrived late at night, we where greeted at the private transfer mini bus as soon as we arrived, very very impressed, good start, we was then lead into reception, where we checked in extremly excited by the reviews and the images on the net, we were lead to our room, Incidentally we had paid for a superior garden view room wow here we go, as we was lead to room 1019 the door was opend and this is where our hearts sank it was extremely small and clostraphobic, very tiny, ok fare enough we thought, photos can be deceiving, we sat feeling deflated and then said this surely can't be right, I looked out the window and a ladder was in the garden this was all we could see due to night time, I could see cars parked I said to my wife this can't be right, there was a constant buzzing from outside, we checked their web site again and the room looked different to what we paid for, so I went to reception and said is this actually a superior room and garden view I was reassured by the desk staff yes it is, I said really, I said I'm not happy tbh as it looked nothing like what we paid for and wanted moving, they told me to Come back after breakfast and we would be moved, ok fair enough, as night turned into day i hadn't slept all night for the constant buzzing and not to mention the extremely loud boom boom boom, I got out of bed from a sleepless night to open he curtains, I was disgusted and in some form very angry the view and garden was horrific ladders sheets and an array of extractors aircon units and just a shear mess horrific, I said to my wife absolutely no way is this a superior room with garden view we are not staying in this for a week, I went outside the hotel to find staff and said if we are not moved we want flights home, was told to come after breakfast and we would be moved, any way the manager, Mehmit got us in his office around 9.30 asked if everything was OK I said no the room was terrible and we are really not happy, he siad he wanted us to have a nice holiday he then moved us to another room which was what we originally had paid for, a superior room garden view infact a beautiful room right next to the adult pool absolutly superb now our holiday had begun, we was finally happy, although somethings should be looked at as the balcony was very very small, you couldn't really sit outside as it was very small non the less a balcony, one good idea tho the room had insect mesh on the windows so could be opend at night brilliant ad great shower, the adult pool was lovley, all staff are amazing and super people superb from cleaning staff upwards, will say tho one guy who we beleive was a manager, I think puts the fear of god in the staff, not good to see from a visitors point of view, the staff are superb they don't need fear from above, hotel is spotless and kept clean constantly the food is a little repetitive some days hit and miss not much variety that said it's ok not great but ok the drinks are not good either tbh that could do with looking at not many cocktails and cheaper sprits on offer all others paid for not good on an all inclusive package. The entertainment was for us not good there was a great African acrobat crew on stage very good apart from that not for us we thought not good really, The adult pool could do with some gradual inbuilt steps Into the pool to allow access for those who need it and not pool ladders, all in all staff absolutly amazing, lovley location and extremely clean, would we go back yes we would absolutely depste the hickups had a lovley time once we had been moved rooms, spoke to few people who had been put in 1019 and wasn't happy the same as us. One more thing some of the seats in restraunt eating area could do with the cushions cleaning, here the staff are amazing always topping your water at the table and very attentive to you will be looking to re book, this is our honest view of the Sundia hotel dont be put off by our comments as everyone is different

We've just returned from a fabulous week staying at Sundia by Liberty. The hotel is well situated close to shops and the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good storage, and includes towels for beach/pool use.
The pools are spacious with plenty of loungers. There is a separate adults only pool with a bar, ideal if you prefer to be away from the busier areas.
The main pool has everything you'd expect, with a smaller kids pool for little ones. There is poolside entertainment, a bar and a lovely seated snack bar which has a good selection of food on offer. The bar staff are friendly and helpful even when it's busy. We spoke to a few of the other guests, all commenting on the excellent service. In the evening this becomes the entertainment area, with table service keeping your glass full.
The main restaurant offers a good selection of food, self service selection, with attentive, friendly and helpful servers. Su especially stood out in the evening, along with another lady at breakfast whose name we unfortunately didn't catch.
We were impressed to find the restaurant offered a late night meal, which was ideal when we arrived hungry at 23.15.
All of the staff greeted us with a friendly greeting and we wanted to thank them all for making our stay so enjoyable.

Couldn't fault the hotel except for one big problem, in my opinion. When we arrived the balcony door had been left open and it was like an oven in there. We closed it and the air conditioning soon cooled the room down.
What we didn't know was that when the cleaners finish a room they leave the door open. That was a big issue for me, in terms of allowing mozzies in, keeping the room cooler and above all. Security!
The wall between our bacony and the room next door was only about a metre high, meaning anyone could easily get over the wall and into our door that has been left open.
I managed to catch the cleaners and asked them to close the door when they finish but they continued to leave it open, which I was not happy about. I mentioned it to reception and the Tui rep but nobody seemed intersted and nothing was done about it. We went the last three days of the holiday with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door to stop them going in as we could not trust them to close the door. Apart from that we had a great holiday.

Well just got back from this hotel after spending a week there. We arrived late at night to a speedy check in given the key to a room it was so tiny and was very loud as near the strip but we were very tired so we just went to bed but my husband didn’t get any sleep as it’s next to all the air conditioning units buzzing all night.
It seems everyone is offered this room at first but we did meet the manager and he was so helpful friendly and moved is straight away to a lovely room near the adults only pool which was lovely so problem was solved thank you for that.
The staff at this hotel are so so friendly and nice couldn’t fault them except reception staff let them down which is a shame
Also the food is very repetitive which is easily fixed in my eyes but again all staff at the restaurant are lovely.
It is so clean at the hotel.
The drinks need to be upgraded as for all inclusive it’s not good.
Would I stay here again definitely as you’re very central to everything and the staff are really nice.
It just needs a few things sorting and it would be amazing.
There is one member of the staff who is obviously in charge of a lot of the young staff there he seems to have a very strong presences and a lot of the staff are very nervous and scared when he is around which came across very clearly while we were there that’s such a shame as they are trying very hard and doing there very best.
It is on the main strip so if you don’t like the noise at night it’s not the hotel for you. We loved how central and easy it was to get to everything.

I loved this hotel hands down the best all inclusive hotel, the rooms where clean and the food was amazing and the staff are very accommodating and so friendly!

The entertainment team where a stand out experience, every day the team would put on multiple activities my favorite entertainer was Icardi and his waterpolo!!

The rooms where amazing the only thing I would say is the hotel rooms near the strip are very loud this isn’t the hotels fault we asked to move rooms due to the noise and they did it free of charge and are very accommodating I cannot fault this hotel!

I would highly recommend cable cars and a boat trip!

We have just had a great week here. It is our second time to Olu Deniz but first time in this hotel.
I always read reviews so feel I should return the favour and leave one.
The hotel is good. Nice well maintained grounds, clean rooms, we liked the bar outside area.
When we checked in they gave us a cramped room that faced over the road at the front, and overlooked the big air conditioning units (1019) As we had booked a superior double with garden view we asked to change the next day which they did immediately with no issues and our second room was lovely. But maybe give us the one we paid for in the first place? Bit annoying to have to repack and unpack again.
The position of your room is a bit pot luck but makes a real difference...too near the main pool and you'd get the noise of the entertainment long into the evening, too near the kitchen and your balcony would overlook the early breakfasters. But same in any hotel I guess.
WiFi good.
The food is exceptional. Anyone who can't find something they like with what's on offer at every meal should stay at home.
The wine is also very drinkable and I had a few of the cocktails,no danger of getting drunk on those haha.
Can't really comment on the entertainment as we were either by the (very nice) adult pool, or on the beach and we didn't participate in the evening.
The staff are all smiley, helpful and very pleasant.
The beach is stunning, don't bother with the blue lagoon in my opinion, water is crystal clear right out in front of the strip and not as busy
I went para gliding which was BRILLIANT highly recommend.
We went up the Cable car at 8am, first ones up there and had it all to ourselves, have heard it was mayhem up there at sunset, really crowded.
I had an excellent massage in the very nice spa, top notch.
Was a bit disappointed the treadmills in the gym didn't work the whole time I was there but ran along the beach instead so not a massive issue
Shopping fabulous, and lovely bars our favourite was the Tiki roof top terrace.
All in all a very enjoyable week, great weather and I would recommend

Went here for my first time and it was absolutely amazing stayed there for 2 weeks and everything was great the whole time and i would especially like to thank Icardi and Umut from the entertainment team they were brilliant and made the experience so good

A clean and pleasant hotel with hospitable and very helpful staff. The rooms were clean, the pool was clean as well, and the food was okay. However, since there were many English guests, we noticed that the hotel had somewhat adapted the menu to English tastes. We had expected a wider variety of traditional Turkish dishes, but apart from that, everything was perfectly fine. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, the price was reasonable, and the noise level was acceptable, as it did not disturb our sleep. The beach is not right next to the hotel, but it is relatively close, just a few minutes away on foot. One downside is that there is no bar on the beach, but this seemed to be common in the area, as we did not see any hotel-specific beach bars nearby. Overall, we were satisfied, we enjoyed the experience, and we would gladly return. Also, there were lots of cute cats around the area <3

The staff, entertainment and food! Truly an amazing experience and worth every penny

Well got to say my review rating is going on our very first visit and after a serious complaint, not good for first impressions although lobby very nice, so hopefully will be resolved tomorrow morning, after they have given us a room change as we are really really not happy with room given told to come back after breakfast for room change, time we arrived was 11 pm, room terribly small overlooking a shabby garden with a pair of ladders in it looks like work mens area and a road litteraly over the wall right next to a seriously noisy bar so fingers crossed tomorrow 21st June we will be changing rooms to what we actually paid for a superior double with garden view or will be asking for tickets home

We stayed here last year and came back this year and it did not disappoint. We had an amazing 11 night holiday and did not want to leave ! The pool is lovely and all the staff in the restaurant, bars and reception are all so helpful. We really enjoy the poolside lunch as it is served from a menu. Room was well kept and cleaned everyday. The animation team made our holiday ! Icardi, umit, kerly and oreana were all so kind and funny and made our holiday so special and we are sad to be leaving. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you all !!!

This hotel was amazing, really great and friendly staff, especially the hotel lobby staff member called Egemen and Ahmet. They were great, I did not want to leave. We will be back again next year!

Sundia Liberty Ölüdeniz – 10 Night Stay Review

Couple aged 34–36

We recently stayed at Sundia Liberty Ölüdeniz for 10 nights and overall had a fantastic holiday.

Food

There was a great selection of food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We found something tasty and enjoyable at every meal and genuinely believe there is something for everyone unless you’re an exceptionally fussy eater.

The poolside snack bar was a brilliant addition and we really enjoyed several meals there during our stay. Although we were all inclusive, we only ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner twice as we enjoy exploring local restaurants when we’re in Türkiye. On both occasions, however, the evening meals were excellent.

Bars & Drinks

The bars offer the usual all inclusive options including Efes lager, house wines and local spirits. The cocktails were surprisingly good and far better than some all inclusive cocktails we’ve experienced elsewhere.

It would be nice to see a rum option and perhaps a Baileys-style alternative included, but that’s a minor point and the drinks selection suited us well overall.

A special mention must go to Mohammet at the quiet pool bar. He kept the area spotless, was always friendly and worked incredibly hard. We’d also like to mention the young blonde lady working behind the lobby bar, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive and perhaps a little generous with the vodka measures! Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name.

Pools & Beach

We spent most of our time at the quiet pool and absolutely loved the relaxed atmosphere. Pool towels could be exchanged daily at the spa, which was very convenient.

The main pool near the entertainment area looked lovely but was a little busier and louder than we were looking for. It was perfect for guests wanting more activities and atmosphere, but we preferred the quieter surroundings.

One of our favourite features of the hotel was its private section on Belcekız Beach, located at the far left-hand end of Ölüdeniz Beach. For anyone looking for it, the area is clearly marked with yellow Sundia flags and banners, making it easy to find. We spent some wonderful days there and loved having a dedicated area away from some of the busier sections of the beach. The sea is absolutely stunning and, having visited the Blue Lagoon several times before, we actually preferred Belcekız Beach itself.

The sunbeds and umbrellas may be starting to show their age, but they were perfectly comfortable and served their purpose well.

A particular thank you goes to the gentleman who looked after the beach area every day. He clearly took great pride in keeping everything clean and tidy and was always attentive and friendly. He genuinely helped make our beach days extra special and is a real credit to the hotel.

Staff

Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and happy to help. There was never any pressure or hassle, just genuine hospitality throughout our stay.

Grounds

The hotel grounds are immaculate. The gardens are beautifully maintained and all public areas, pathways and pool surrounds were kept exceptionally clean and tidy.

Room

We stayed in Room 1802 on the ground floor overlooking the giant chess set.

When we arrived late at night, the room initially felt quite damp. This became more noticeable the following morning when I spotted some peeling wallpaper beside my side of the bed and evidence of a damp issue, including a little mould. Given that it was a ground floor room, I appreciate this can occasionally happen.

We also found that the minibar fridge wasn’t working. Upon closer inspection, it appeared not to be plugged in. Reception quickly sent someone to fix it and it was up and running shortly afterwards. I suspect a previous guest may have unplugged it, as the glass-fronted fridge has internal blue lighting that can brighten the room at night. A dark T-shirt over the door solved that problem for us!

We also experienced a small issue with ants, but after one call to reception, someone arrived promptly to treat the area and clean everything up. We had no further issues afterwards.

The display panel outside the room door, which controls the “Do Not Disturb” and housekeeping requests, was cracked and not functioning correctly.

The room itself wasn’t particularly large or luxurious, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. We spent very little time in it anyway. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was excellent with great water pressure.

Oddly, there was no bedside table on my side of the bed, despite our friends in a nearby room having one on both sides.

Being close to the strip, there was some noise until around 1am most nights. However, this is entirely to be expected given the location and a pair of earplugs easily solved the issue.

Entertainment

We can’t comment too much on the evening entertainment as we spent most nights out in the resort.

However, we did enjoy the rooftop DJ sessions above the pool bar. Sitting up there with a drink, watching the paragliders overhead and the mountains in the background, was a lovely way to spend an evening.

Would We Stay Again?

Absolutely.

Great food, decent drinks, a fantastic location, lovely beach access and genuinely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for guests.

Like any hotel, there were a few minor issues, but they were dealt with quickly and professionally. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The hotel was very clean , beautiful layed out with comfortable beds & a sweet little balcony. Great adult only pool , food fresh & a good choice & the staff were always very friendly & couldn’t do enough for you . Just a shame it’s situated in a very noisy bar area at night that goes onto 1pm . We were not told about this
