Pros:

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, educados, solícitos e muita presteza, seja recepção, cozinha e limpeza.

Cons:

Falta zelo e investimento em manutenção, pintura, mobilia, TV, chuveiro péssimo (ao menos do apto 801), nem aparenta ser um hotel da rede INN de tão mal cuidado, feio e sem conforto. Toalhas e roupas de cama de aparência velha. Enfim, precisa de muito investimento em reforma.

Está cada vez mais difícil hospedar-se.
Pros:

Do colchão, que me proporciona ou uma noite de sono sem dores;
Do café da manhã com música da rádio alpha;
Da atenção que me foi dada pela Natália e pelo Higor.

Cons:

Claro que não poderia gostar do preço;
Da água no chuveiro que demora muito para esquentar: quando a água ficou um pouquinho morna, o banho já havia acabado, ou seja, fui obrigado a tomar banho de água fria;

Excelente!!
Pros:

Tudo, desde as instalações, atendimento nota 10, recepcionistas todos educados e gentis.

Cons:

Infelizmente não é culpa do hotel, mas um problema social a nível nacional, são os moradores de ruas que passam uma sensação de insegurança, mas não me aconteceu nada, somente o alerta aos próximos clientes.
