Café da manhã muito bom e quarto limpo.

Cons:

Cons:

Não tem rampa de acesso. Eu com carrinho de bebê precisei ficar subindo e descendo com esse carrinho levando o peso. Os funcionários simplesmente não ajudam. Ma vontade do atendente da recepção. Me cobraram 50 reais do cartão de acesso da porta, que perdi. Mas pedi a ele pra me mostrar a tabela onde estava que o valor era esse, não me mostrou. Só tive que pagar a mais. E não vi esse valor discriminado no recibo.

Não tem rampa de acesso, má vontade do atendente da recepção em ajudar. Se tratando de hotel, tem um comportamento que normalmente rege da gentileza. Pois não teve.

Cons:

Reservei um quarto de casal, ao entrar no quarto era 3 camas de solteiro não gostei , segundo o funcionário não tinha + quarto de casal , o chuveiro não esquentava por nada , tomei banho frio , tv não funcionava , péssimo quarto 😡
