First of all, I did not enjoy the state of which me and my spouse found our bedsheets and blankets. The issue, is that there seemed to be what looked like bloodstains on the sheets, the blanket, and the mattress.
Second, the odor upon entering the hotel room was rather stale and stuffy. The photos from the website and Booking.com made the hotel room look as if it was in line with Hilton. We were sadly disappointed when we arrived to see that it was quite the opposite.
The tv remote was sticky and some of the keys did not work properly. My dearly beloved came to the realization that she could not turn on one of the lamps in the room. As well as being unable to use any of the outlets besides just on one lamp.
Room was ok
Personel - want to check-in half an hour before (at 14.30). Was not possible although two ladies where already at the reception. Thx for South Carolina friendliness. Will tell everyone in Europe about this nice spot on earth. On the other hand, I wanted to Check-in at 9.30 p.m. But nobody was at the reception. Then I tried this phone there - nobody answered. Coincidentally another guest told me, she is in the first floor. I went up, finally found her but she was very unfriendly (Why can‘t you wait; I am only away five minutes, don’t you see I am working, etc.)

Die Belegschaft ist sichtlich bemüht fair und freundlich zu sein. Ich hatte Kakerlaken im Zimmer und dann haben sie mir ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Ich war so nervös die ganze Nacht dass ich nicht schlafen konnte und habe das Bett in die Mitte des Raumes schieben wollen, dabei ist ein Bein vom Bett kaputt gegangen oder war bereirs kaputt. Ich glaube eher Zweiteres weil sie haben mir meine 50$ zurück gegeben und mich dann auch nicht mehr deswegen kontaktiert.
Aber ich hab auch durchgehend mit Ihnen kommuniziert. Der Manager wusste von meiner Anxiety und Angst wegen den Kakerlaken und auch dass ich das Bett verschoben hatte. Also Kommunikation funktioniert - immer!
Diese Zimmer gehören gelüftet. Es gibt scheinbar so Geräte die dabei helfen die Luft in geschlossenen Räumen zu säubern! Besorgt sowas!!
Und bitte keine Duftbäume mehr! Das ist furchtbar und nicht zumutbar. Wirklich. Würde irgendwer in seinem Auto mit dem Autogeruch schlafen wollen, würde man nicht in ein Motel einchecken. Also wenigstens das sollte drinnen sein wenn schon alle andere Arbeiten grad nicht möglich sind.
