这次入住体验特别满意，整体设施高端大气，公共区域干净整洁。房间采光通透，布局合理，洗漱用品品质很好。前台与服务人员专业又亲切，有需求都快速响应，小吴贴心又周到。住宿安静舒适，休息质量很好，出行游玩都方便，下次出行还会首选这家！

Location is good, and good service!
Payment with abroad card is not easy, better to have Yinlian or WeChat or Alipay!!!
The room is very cleaning，servers are very nice.
The breakfast buffet is poor and no Hostess，the guests should get the seat by themself.

the breakfast management was a bit chaotic due to small place especially when it was raining.
住了两天，干净整洁，早饭丰盛，风景也很好。居然没有蚊子，体验不错👌。
酒店价格不算贵，不过确实有提升的空间。房间有一丢丢味道，浴室外的地上没有放东西会弄得到处是水，好在的是西餐厅陈明星先生的服务很好，弥补了小小的遗憾。
这应该是第一次給万豪国际集团旗下的酒店这么低的评价。因为几个原因：
1. 一进房间就闻到非常重的霉味，空调开了一阵子后才改善，但是关掉空调没多久，霉味又出现了。
2. 自助早餐的水果沙拉吧可以看到小飞虫在食物上爬来爬去。
3. 最后，退房后发现押金扣款有问题，打了酒店客服电话，服务人员不断以前台太忙没时间帮我查询为理由让我等，感觉非常不受重视。后来证实是重复扣款，更让我觉得饭店服务人员的训练不到位。
原本要打最差评的，帮我安排在海景房，干净美丽的沙滩和照顾良好的草坪挽回了一些印象。
Nice location and environment. Good please for a relaxing break
While the location and landscape were breathtaking, and the hotel facilities were beautiful, it fell short of what one would expect from what one would expect of an international 4.5* hotel. After checking in, we had to change rooms as there was mold in the bathroom, a large rotting patch of wood flooring and a multitude of stains on the carpet and furniture. The staff truly tried their best, upgrading us to a larger room, but often the service fell short in delivery (dining, customer service, management...). Hotel is in a remote part of Hinan with very few western visitors. I'm sure as tourism grows, so will the hotels ability to meet international standards/
