Pros:

The location was very central, and the complimentary breakfast and tea and coffee was good

Cons:

The room facilities were poor, no tea, coffee or milk we had no hand wash in the bathroom which we mentioned and was told we would have some taken to our room, although it didn't arrive
the room was also quite stuffy, we no naturally fresh air

Pros:

Friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The buffet was busy & we had to wait for plates. Which is to be expected. I could have went earlier to stay ahead of this.

полотенца и постельное белье старые. Не свежо выглядят. уборка номера один раз в два дня.

Good place to stay in the center of Calgary
Pros:

Perfect location with a lot of cafes and restaurants around, Memorial Park, walkable distance within the Downtown. Clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast.

Pros:

Very good ! Close to the airport ! The workers are nice ! We use the shuttle from the airport ! But it was to late for the shuttle. We called the hotel and they called us a Taxi for free ! I was very amazed by thier help after our long flight !

Very convenient, comfortable hotel with great service
Pros:

Breakfast was included - great choices! We were late in requesting a late check-out but this was no problem and at no extra charge. The hotel was within walking distance to the bus terminal (catching a bus to Banff) and also walking distance to main downtown area, coffee shops, restaurants and shops in general. Concierge was very helpful in suggesting a store selling mountain/ski clothing within walking distance (MEC?) - great store!
