Very convenient, comfortable hotel with great service
Pros:

Breakfast was included - great choices! We were late in requesting a late check-out but this was no problem and at no extra charge. The hotel was within walking distance to the bus terminal (catching a bus to Banff) and also walking distance to main downtown area, coffee shops, restaurants and shops in general. Concierge was very helpful in suggesting a store selling mountain/ski clothing within walking distance (MEC?) - great store!

Excellent staff, clean and central. Mexican restaurant next door awesome food.
Pros:

Staff were excellent; friendly, helpful, enquiring. I don’t really like large hotel rooms so this was perfect for me. I'm picky about pillows so really happy they had great ones. The Mexican restaurant next door was very good!

房間非常乾淨也很寬敞
因為隔天要搭巴士到班夫 這間飯店距離搭車地點非常近
check out後也可以將行李寄放在櫃台
有機會會再入住

Winter getaway
Pros:

Stayed here for a few days, while in town for a hockey game. Be advised there is no parking on site, valet is an additional $40.00 per night. Otherwise you will have to find alternative lots or street parking. The street level entrance is locked, ring bell to enter. Reception is on the 2nd level. Complementary breakfast area is also on this level. Check in was efficient.
The room was clean, with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. There was a small wardrobe closet with hangers. One side of the bed had a charging block, several outlets located in the room. Bed was comfortable.
The complementary breakfast included a selection of breads, cereals, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage and hash browns. Fruit, fruit juice and milk. As well and tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
There are several restaurants and bars nearby.

Clean with fantastic staff
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable as was the shower. The staff at the front desk and at the valet stand were fantastic, so friendly and willing to help. They got me a room with a great view of the Calgary tower and allowed me to store my bags for the day after checking out. Hotel is in walking distance of many sights and restaurants. Breakfast was okay, nothing special though.

Cons:

The temperature in the whole building was a little too high for my liking.
