Pros:

🌟 Un séjour parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés !
Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Franchement, je n’ai jamais vu un accueil aussi chaleureux ! Chaque jour, ils prenaient le temps de demander si tout allait bien, avec le sourire et une vraie gentillesse.
L’hôtel est à deux pas de la plage, super bien situé. La piscine est grande, propre et très agréable. On peut même commander à boire ou à manger directement au bord de la piscine, ce qui est vraiment top.
Merci infiniment pour ce superbe séjour 🙏

Paloma Family Club’ta geçirdiğimiz tatil gerçekten harikaydı! Otelin konumu, temizliği ve genel atmosferi beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Odalar oldukça konforlu ve düzenliydi, her gün titizlikle temizleniyordu.
Yemekler ise ayrı bir güzeldi; açık büfede sunulan çeşitlilik ve lezzet gerçekten mükemmeldi. Hem yetişkinler hem de çocuklar için düşünülmüş aktiviteler sayesinde hiç sıkılmadan dolu dolu bir tatil geçirdik.
Personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Her konuda yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve kendimizi çok özel hissettirdiler.

Konaklamamız boyunca her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Otelin konumu oldukça avantajlı, hem merkezi hem de ulaşım açısından çok rahat bir noktada bulunuyor. Tesis genel olarak son derece temiz ve bakımlıydı.
Personel ekibi son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi. Tüm taleplerimize hızlı ve çözüm odaklı şekilde yardımcı oldular. Özellikle giriş sürecinden çıkışa kadar gösterilen ilgi ve misafirperverlik gerçekten takdire şayandı.
Odalar konforlu, düzenli ve ihtiyacımız olan tüm detaylar düşünülmüş. Sunulan hizmet kalitesi, ödediğimiz ücretin fazlasıyla karşılığını verdi.

Tesisin lokasyonu çok güzel. Oda kahvaltı Konaklama yaptım kahvaltıları müthiş çok çeşitli ve kaliteli. Otele erken gitmeme rağmen hemen odama yerleştim hatta çıkış günüde ücretsiz geç çıkış yaptım. Personel çok iyi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Tesiste hizmet çok iyi. Odalar tertemiz. Tüm personel sizin için elinden geleni yapıyor. Özellikle kahvaltısı çok güzel. Denize uzaklığı 200 metre çok yakın. Akşam bitez deki restourantlara yürüyerek gidip güzel zaman geçirebilirsiniz.

Sık sık bodruma ziyaretlerim olur ilk defa konakladim Paloma Family Club otelde ve gercekten her sey guzeldi. Ozellikle Odalar da kettlle cay ve kahve set up lari cok hosuma gitti. Ogle yemegini otelde extra olarak aldim fiyati makuldu temek lezzeti ve sunumuda cok guzeldi. Odalar cok temiz ve donanimliydi. Resepsiyon size her konuda yardimci oluyor. Tekrar gorusmek uzere paloma. Teşekkürler.

Özellikle odanin yatagi cok konforluydu. Personel sizin için elinden geleni yapiyor ve herkes güler yüzlüydu. Kahvalti da ki yiyecek kalitesi ve hizmet gayet güzeldi.
