The staff were all wonderfully friendly, helpful and polite, couldn't fault them.
The rooms were spacious enough, the beds were comfy, you could open the window for fresh air. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower and there was plenty of hot water.
Breakfast wasn't included but with 20% off if staying, it was a reasonable £7.99 for a ,vey good regular full English including toast and coffee or tea, in the hotel.
It was in a good position 10/15 min walk from Stratford station (cut through Stratford centre) There's plenty places to eat at nearby.
Would definitely recommend for a stay in that area.

The location suited us for the purpose of our trip. Although it's situated on a main road that is very noisy! The man on reception was friendly.
The room was small, but we coped fine with that. The shower in the bathroom wasn't good, you couldn't use the large overhead shower as the water flew over the top of the shower door so essentially would've flooded the room. So had to use the shower head attachment. The pillows were grim underneath the pillow cases/pillow protectors, didn't dare look at what was under the sheet/mattress protector! We had a room at the front of the hotel which was by the road and it was extremely noisy with traffic and people late at night. We coped with it as we were only there for 2 nights, but if you do book, try and ask for a room away from the front of the hotel.
