Ah-maze-ing
Pros:

Everything was great. The staff was awesome, pool was amazing, they had beach cruisers, beach chairs and beach towels that were free to use. Neptune beach is a great little spot with great coffee shops, and tons of great restaurants.

The Seahorse Oceanfront Inn provides an "Old Florida" feel. We love it.
Pros:

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent to enjoy the beach and a walkable distance to shops and restaurants. The cleaning staff keeps everything as clean as possible and are anxious to meet your needs. My family and I love this place!

It's the first time ever that I don't want to stay again which is sad for me.
Pros:

What breakfast ? I have been staying at this establishment for over 25 years room 103 should not be in the category of the other rooms that have been refurbished the smell of mold is so overpowering someone has to go down to that room and smell it for themselves it's that bad you have to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes to flush the toilet more than once because it takes that long to fill back up the room seem friendly but very very outdated shouldn't be the same price as the other rooms the staff at the hotel was wonderful the staff at the lemon bar is beyond anything I've ever seen before at this establishment or a lot of places everyone was in a bad mood and there was only three people at the bar but the girls behind the bar were just very unpleasant and it was just kind of disastrous over there for us it's kind of sad but that's all I can say they need to do something about that smell in the room that is really bad sorry

fabulous, great place for adults and kids
Pros:

Used to live in Jax, improvements to the property and price are why we stayed. Perfect location walkable to everything, $20 per night parking seems crazy, but it was still affordable comparatively

We will never go back to seahorse again. We are local and just wanted an ocean view room we booked. Luckily another hote

The staff are beach kids that talk trash about the clients and are the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They higher untrained local kids who should not be in hospitality.
If you are expecting professional staff this is not the place for you.

Cons:

The office staff treat ppl terrible. They are not hospitable type ppl. The office staff needs to be changed.

Overrated and overpriced.

Staff were friendly.
Location to town and beach.

Cons:

It’s just a motel a run down motel at that. No facilities for food drinks etc.
The floor in our room was not cleaned as the bottoms of our feet were black and we always had to brush them off before bed.
No sea view as it’s behind the sand dunes.
It is vastly overpriced and overrated.
