Pros:

Stay was pleasant. First day breakfast had more options for Veg compared to second day (Good Friday). Location is central.

Cons:

We found a broken chair in the room (wheels missing). It took the hotel more than 12 hours to change our room as they could not replace the broken chair.

En la recepción fueron muy amables.
Las camareras también.
Cenamos allí y la comida estaba rica.
La habitación tiene todas las comodidades y el hotel ofrece vistas a la ciudad.

Cons:

A la hora del check out, las camareras de piso llamaron a la puerta 20 minutos antes de la hora original de check out. Habíamos pedido un late check out de 1h y aún así nadie lo apuntó, porque también recibimos una llamada de recepción.

localisation de l’hôtel est correcte et le bâtiment est moderne.

Cons:

Malheureusement, mon expérience n’a pas été satisfaisante. Le service n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes, l’accueil était peu professionnel et l’organisation laissait à désirer. Le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas justifié. Je pense que l’hôtel doit améliorer la qualité du service et l’attention portée aux clients.
