Great place to stay, more so if you're not going to be around the hotel much.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The fella that cooks the eggs was lovely and cheerful. Made a difference to the restaurant. Quality of food was very good.

Cons:

Morning staff (domestic I believe) were exceptionally noisy. When trying to have a lie in from the previous night where there is often loud music playing or noisy people in general, the morning staff are talking away quite loudly in the morning so it's difficult to sleep through it. They would also slam doors/let doors slam shut which of course wakes you up/prevents you from sleeping.

un hôtel bien situé et calme, avec des chambres propres, mais plusieurs points importants sont à améliorer, notamment l
Pros:

Le séjour était assez mitigé. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est stratégique, dans un endroit calme et pratique, mais il est préférable d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer facilement.

La chambre était propre et correcte, mais la douche avec une paroi transparente n’est absolument pas adaptée à une famille avec des enfants, car elle manque totalement d’intimité.

Cons:

Le personnel est un autre point négatif : quelques personnes sont sympathiques et accueillantes, mais la majorité manque de disponibilité et de sens du service.

Le petit-déjeuner a également été une grande déception : très peu de goût et une qualité qui ne correspond pas au standing attendu d’un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Enfin, de mauvaises odeurs étaient présentes dans certains couloirs, ce qui est dommage et nuit à l’expérience générale.

L'emplacement prêt de l'embarcadère et du centre 'historique'.
Pas grand chose à voir à Dar es Salam!! Zone de transit.
L'hôtel est un très bon rapport qualité prix, mais la restauration lente et un peu onéreuse.
Personnel à l'écoute et attentif.

Terrible. One of my worst experiences in my traveling history.
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located.

Cons:

The service quality was extremely poor. The staff were rude and unresponsive, making the experience very frustrating. I wouldn’t stay there again, even if the room cost just $1. I ended up finding another hotel that was more expensive, but the significantly better service made it well worth the extra cost.
