There is no auxiliary working in my room for the shower so steam spreads to rest of the room

En la recepción fueron muy amables.
Las camareras también.
Cenamos allí y la comida estaba rica.
La habitación tiene todas las comodidades y el hotel ofrece vistas a la ciudad.

Cons:

A la hora del check out, las camareras de piso llamaron a la puerta 20 minutos antes de la hora original de check out. Habíamos pedido un late check out de 1h y aún así nadie lo apuntó, porque también recibimos una llamada de recepción.

localisation de l’hôtel est correcte et le bâtiment est moderne.

Cons:

Malheureusement, mon expérience n’a pas été satisfaisante. Le service n’était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes, l’accueil était peu professionnel et l’organisation laissait à désirer. Le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas justifié. Je pense que l’hôtel doit améliorer la qualité du service et l’attention portée aux clients.

Lovely central hotel
Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of downtown, great breakfast, great service. They let us check in very early with no issues and the room had great views. Nice business hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a little more exciting but understandable as it was Ramadan.

Zwembad(je) aanwezig.
Rust op kamer.
Fijn personeel.
Midden in centrum.
Leuk, gezellig terras.
Op 6e verdieping receptie, 7 t/m 12e verdieping kamers-->uitzicht
Gym op 13e verdieping

Cons:

Geen balkon.
Zwembad wel aanwezig, maar smal.
Rooftop bar op 13e verdieping helaas dicht wegens verbouwing.
Drukte in verkeer overdag-->langere tijd nodig om daar te komen
