The best was comfortable and location

Cons:

The staff was not welcoming, no information about services or guiding, the shower was broken and not clean.
I stayed at Onomo in Kampala and that is why I choose the same chain but not same standards or services

Hotellet var rent og fine rom.

Cons:

Lite restauranter rundt hotellet og lite å gjøre på kveldstid. Dyrt på hotellet og de lurte gjester med å ta vesentlig mer for frokost enn det booking.com oppga. Dårlig og treg service.

Qualite de l’accueil
L’emplacement de ma chambre et de l’hotel de facon generale
La bienveillance du personnel
Aussi il y regne une ambiance agreable

Cons:

Il y a l’emplacement de l’ancien arrosoire de douche au niveau du plafond qui laisse fuire des gouttes d’eau. C’est un peu desagreable et il y’a potentiellement un risque sanitaire aussi. Il faudra donc supptimer totalement cette sortie d’ezu
