Terrible, Tear it down and rebuild a reputable motel.
Pros:

Upon arrival, the bathroom was filthy with the toilet full of crap. There is no continental breakfast, the photos online are fake. To access the patio, it will lock you out and force you all the way around front to regain access back in. Very rude front desk manager, no refund or actions were taken to correct. Stay away from this one!

Cons:

Staying anywhere else is advised!

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. Flyer in the elevator and counter on the dinning counter of a breakfasts burrito, 🤔thought ok that would work. Turned out to just be jusy a receipe. Actual breakfast was a banana, water and granola bar in a plastic bag😵‍💫No access from the out door patio and grill area to back inside the hotel. You have to walk all the way around to a side door! Really?! Especially if you are grilling that is crazy.
AC very noisy. Would not have stayed more than one night. Would not book again 🙄

Good location, clean and friendly.
Pros:

Enjoy the rooms although I had requested a double and got a king. Also second king was a little crowded Also disappointed with the breakfast.

Perfect accomodations in all respects
Pros:

The hospitality was excellent. Clean spacious suite, full size refrigerator, stovetop microwave.
There is a store in the lobby to purchase frozen dinners, etc. Homemade cookies on arrival and wine or beverages. Most importantly it is the hospitality of the one and only staff (apologies for not getting her name) . She is fabulous, helpful and caring.
