Quality Has Gone Down
Pros:

Comfy beds, ac cold, all employees at front desk were pleasant and responsive to all requests. Coffee bar provided one day out of 3. Spacious bathroom and shower.

Cons:

Lack of clean towels (long wait and only 2 towels for family of 4), no housekeeping to pull trash (had to set in hall), loud announcement on the boat can be heard throughout the night (2:30AM, 3AM, and 4:AM).

Pros:

I liked how as soon as I walked up to the front desk agents they acknowledged me and greeted me first and automatically knew that I was there to check in. The lady that was working there she took her time to explain all the instructions of the whole check-in process especially the incidental fee which I appreciate it.

Great staff & value in the Big Easy!
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to help us change our reservation when our travel plans changed. They were friendly, professional and very helpful.

The beds were hard and would be better with pillowtop pads.
