Pros:

I liked how as soon as I walked up to the front desk agents they acknowledged me and greeted me first and automatically knew that I was there to check in. The lady that was working there she took her time to explain all the instructions of the whole check-in process especially the incidental fee which I appreciate it.

Great staff & value in the Big Easy!
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to help us change our reservation when our travel plans changed. They were friendly, professional and very helpful.

The beds were hard and would be better with pillowtop pads.

Rooms are good size but need a microwave. Bathroom shower is excellent. Casino and restaurants are good.

Had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom. No good breakfast or coffee place. Dirty bedroom carpet. Bed sagged so bad
