No cuentan con los servicios que indican
Pros:

La cama era cómoda
Las personas de la caseta de vigilancia, super amables.

Cons:

No tienen agua caliente (aunque en los servicios digan que sí)
Algunas habitaciones dan hacía el estacionamiento por lo cual, hay pase constante de personas.
En el reglamento indican que no ruido después de las 10, pero organizan bodas que duran hasta las 3 y ni decir de las personas alcoholizadas que se equivocaron de habitación e intentaron entrar donde estábamos mi esposo y yo.
No te dan toalla para secarte las manos.
La plancha que te prestan está mugrosísima, ensució la camisa blanca de mi esposo.
La habitación cuenta con secadora que no funciona (hab 148)
La piscina no tiene mucho mantenimiento, estaba el agua sucia.

My 2nd time in Culican. The complete staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the area and relaxing by the pool is great. Definitely recommend staying there

Cons:

Relaxing by th pool late at night and got a few mosquito bites. But that's on me not the hotel or the staff

Pros:

The hotel itself has a great location, pool, palm trees 🌴 everywhere, it's kinda set up like cabins, where the rooms are spread out, not all bunched up together, the one thing wrong with this place is they have a dance floor/ reception area right in the middle of the property which they rent out for weddings and parties which just ruined everything for me, the music didn't stop until 4am and I had to catch a flight at 7am,if i was aware of this is would've never stayed here, they obviously don't care if you get any sleep or not,,,just for that I wouldn't recommend this hotel....unless you don't mind being kept up all night with a bunch of noise

Definitivamente volveré a reservar ahí.

A las instalaciones si les medio hace falta arreglos como las puertas cambiarlas o arreglarlas

Pros:

Nada. Servicio terrible.

Cons:

Vendieron la habitación ya reservada y confirmada con una semana de anticipación. No contestaron el teléfono en 3 ocaciones el día de llegada y tampoco contestaron los mensajes en la aplicación. Su única solución fue decirme que cruzando la avenida había otro hotel.

ya en otras ocasiones había estado en este hotel por eso reserve pero esta vez no me gusto porque nos cambiaron a otro hotel, porque la habitación que habíamos reservado tenia mal olor.

Varias cosas, me entregan mi habitación de reservación, y al abrir la puerta me percato que se encontraba ocupada, me cambian de habitación, y les reporto que hay bichos en la misma y tardan un par de horas en llegar, al amanecer de ese día mi niña amaneció con varios piquetes en su cuerpo, al día siguiente les reporto que encontramos una araña saliendo de la parte de abajo de la cama, se presento una empleada del hotel y nos ofreció el cambio de habitación lo cual aceptamos, pero de verdad muy fea dicha habitación, adicional a esto me pregunto que si había llevado al doctor a la niña, le comente que si, y me pidió copia de mi ticket, y me reembolsaron el 5=% del gasto generado.
