Decent short term choice for those who are about to travel by ferry or ship out of Seattle port.
Pros:

Hotel's proximity to ferry terminal.

Cons:

We checked in around 8:30 pm. Bar had private event and restaurant in hotel closed at 9 pm.

Fantastic hotel!
Pros:

Very nice hotel! The social hour is a nice touch. I have a serious allergy to wines under $10, but I didn’t go into anaphylactic shock when I tried a glass. The attached restaurant is also quite good. Overall 5 dimensional awesome experience!

Hotel with a great location
Pros:

The location was the best. We could walk to everything or a simple Uber ride.

Cons:

We couldn’t get into our room until after 4pm which check in was 3pm. We came in from the east coast so it had been a long day. I had I initially requested m for our rooms to be next to each other so that could have been the reason but it took me going up 2 times to have someone get us our rooms an hour later. Once I said I was willing to be separated they found rooms. Another desk employee had to take over my problem.

צוות לא מקצועי. הוזמן חדר עם שתי מיטות נפרדות כשהגענו נאמר לנו שאין חדר ואחרי המתנה קיבלנו חדר עם ספה מאוד לא נוחה
בנוסף למרות ששילמנו דרך האתר ,המלון לקח תשלום כפול על השהיה ולקח לנו כמה ימים אחרי שיחות טלפון איתם לקבל החזר כספי .

Do not stay here
Pros:

Unfortunately, this is a terrible hotel. We booked with a third-party vendor and we’re supposed to get breakfast cocktails, and a complementary room upgrade. We got none of those things. And then when we ask the staff about them, they were belligerent. Which is not OK. We were not rude. In addition, they are short staffed so they cannot clean rooms or give you fresh towels, etc. which they charge $30 a night for all of these things which you did not get but they still take their money just not a place I would ever stay again and they are unapologetic about their lack of service services, which really makes it worse

Lovely Stay
Pros:

The location of this hotel was amazing! It was very conveniently located walking distance to all of the tourist spots.

The hotel staff were also very kind and professional. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Seattle!

Technical difficulties but a positive experience
Pros:

Technical issues prevented me from having a room key and, by extension, power in my hotel room for 4 hours. But the rest of my experience was positive. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was nice and the location was convenient.

Pros:

Staff welcoming, quiet room with daily attention and lovely bed linens. Oh, did I mention the shampoo and body cream? This is our second stay. For us there will be a third and a fourth…
Love the breakfast, the quiet… Seattle is hard to beat.
