Awesome experience.
Pros:

This location was very easy to get to from the service road. The staff was friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. The establishment was exceptionally clean.

Outstanding Service from Ms. Paisley at Hampton Inn
Pros:

I want to personally recognize Ms. Paisley, the Front Desk Supervisor, for the exceptional service she provided during my visit. From beginning to end, she was attentive, professional, polite, and extremely responsive to everything I needed.

Even while assisting other guests, she never made me feel forgotten or rushed. She handled everyone with the same level of care while continuing to make sure my requests were taken care of promptly.

Ms. Paisley truly represents what great customer service should look like. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the guest experience. She is a wonderful representation of Hampton Inn and a true asset to the company. Employees like her deserve to be recognized and appreciated!

A wonderful place for a vacation or a staycation

Don the guy in front was excellent. He was very polite and was very helpful with my stay in Plano. I will most definitely come back.

Som vanligt i USA dålug frukost med socker och vitt mjöl i överflöd. Öndkar ex grekisk yoghurt och havregrynsgröt. Yoghurt med över 10 g socker / 100 g??? Otroligt. Som en godispåse

Great hotel and staff to work with for events!
Pros:

We worked with Hampton to and Julie to host guests for our event in June. She did a great job communicating with me and making arrangements for shuttles and needs for guests. Guests loved the room and had no complaints. We will definitely be using them again!
