I have stayed here several times. The hotel is close to entertainment and places to eat. For a 3-star hotel, it is quite good that there is a swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna. only the parking lot is less extensive if you want to park inside. But provided parking outside. But stil ok

Room ok, location good. The food was also OK. The restaurant was dirty and they played loud music. Tables more suited to bar or club so eating breakfast was not a nice experience.

everything was great, the views, the staff, the food ... etc sovre all the spa tubs and more.
I recommend this hotel for its comfort and its staff that takes care of you at any time.
the problem is the old structure of the hotel as it is not pretty to the human eye

It was really beyond expectations at that price you can get complete facilities. Gym was very good and clean, Big swimming pool, and there's also massage chair and sauna. Stay for 2 night with my family at 601 602. and will be right back here again oneday. Thanks to teh resti at receptionist, check in was very fast so polite and friendly. keep it up ! cheers

The staff was friendly and helpful, they were quick to solve any issue I had. When i asked where to go or where good local food could be found they not only asked me what I wanted but offered several different options so I could pick. Everyday my room was properly cleaned and restocked, and my personal belongings were not disturbed. The cost for the stay was not expensive , and in line with the other hotels in the area. I have been to over 1000 different hotels in my life and this hotel rates in the top 5%, even better than some places that were rated at 5 plus stars. Thank you for a great stay. Whenever I am in the area, I will stay here. Thanks for the extra steps you took to ensure I had a great time and didn't have to worry about the hotel. Ron

I used to stay at this hotel while I come to Bandung City, because the Room is so Big, also the Bed Mattress size is larger than other usual hotel. The Staff is so polite and the facility is good enough for me and family enjoying the vacation during in Bandung

This old hotel actually quite good. They have many facilities, such semi-indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, spa and also massage chairs for guests. But, they need to do some renovation and they have to concern on the room cleanlines.
The breakfast not too special.
Well, they realy have to maintain everything then.

Nice hotel close to shopping mall

its my first time stay here and i really NOT enjoy my stay.
1. Receptionist team while im check in is not friendly enough and less smile
2. Phone inside my room are broken
3. Dusty
4. Breakfast are limited and when they finish the food there is no refill.
5. Wi-Fi connection is BAD and not stabil

Just share my experience. First time checkin in this hotel, overall not too bad for service. Good taste for breakfast and have many variant menu. But, if you first get in room is not good cause smell some smoke...

Basic 1-star hotel. Do not reccomend for foreigners. The location is weird and uncomfortable. Staff are unfriendly. Breakfast is pretty terrible. Rooms are outdated. TV doesn’t work n that’s the norm.

They do have a night-club and karaoke. But other hotels offers similar. There are about 2-3 other hotels around same place that’s much better.

Stayed 1 night with my wife on 21-22 August 2018. It was a small hotel, located very close to the train station (5 minutes walk from the south exit) and a great food center (Sudirman Street Night & Day) and just accross a Shopping Mal (23 Paskal Hyper Square) where also has a food center.
The room was decent, just enough to get a rest. Towels were shabby and need to be renewed, but the hot shower was satisfying.
The most uninviting was the breakfast buffet menu, lack of variety and taste, and they really tried to save money by not replacing the food tray that has ran out. I could see the "kalasan chicken" tray has only maybe 2 or 3 pieces of chicken bones since I went in the restaurant until I left (maybe around 15 minutes). I could only have the chicken porridge, and some toast with strawberry jam and butter, also a couple of sunny side egg. Everything else was just unappetizing, the nasi goreng was oily, the salad dressing was looked unfresh, and the rooftop restaurant that could be their selling point, was looked shabby and dirty. The floor carpet was worn and dirty, the table and the seats was also looked dirty.
Well, the hotel price was quite low (promo price), so they might have to cut their cost.
The plus point was, despite it is located just next to the train station, I almost didn't heard the trains' horn or noise. I was at 7th floor.
Will I came back? I might come back, but only because the location was a star.

For the price of 500K, this hotel is everything you could have asked for. The prime location, walking distance to all the great food, the mall, the train station, and the hotel also provides shuttle to places around Bandung. This is a family friendly hotel. Their swimming pool and gym are awesome for our kids to play in. Their rooftop bar and restaurant is also great to view Bandung in the morning or at night. Overall, we love our stay here in Bandung and we love the price for the location and everything we got.

One of the good things in this hotel is good location, the wifi is not really good, breakfast is too salty everyday. I stayed 4 night here. Pool is outside the hotel and to many kids here so if you thing, you want to swim here, im not sure is comfy but the gym not bad and small

Hotel location is just in front of the train station and about 5 minutes walk to Pasir Kaliki Square. Only 2 things impressed me..the gym and the rooftop bar. The others was just an average. But it quite worth the price which is under 400K rupiah.

This hotel near shopping mall and culinary, first time we open the room, smell cigarette so strong, and a little bit ashes cigarette, the breakfast are standard, swiming pool a big enough with gym, thanks

Room is big and the location of the hotel is amazing. it is in the middle of everything and it is easy to get to places. The swimming pool was amazing and the fitness center as well. There is a nice mall across the street with lots of choices for food. The service was also great and we would definitely come back whenever we are in Bandung.

If you’re driving then entry and exit into the hotel is a nightmare. Depending on the direction you’re coming from, you’ll have to do an illegal and dangerous u-turn just so you can do a left into a one-way road full of ignorant motorists driving at you. Then if after dark you’re coming in from the station side, you’ll have a bunch of hookers touting for a bit of business lol. The 7th floor room I stayed in occasionally only had cold running water and the staff ran around like headless chickens looking for another room for me to have a shower in, I even had to go down to a room on the 3rd floor to take a shower.
Rooms were ok but the staff cleaning them occasionally left some areas dirty.
Overall staff were actually very nice and respectful at all times, could have been down to the fact I was always complaining about the cold water lol.
Price for stay worked out very cheap via Hotels.com. May stay there again if again, the price is right.
