Important information:

We are pleased to inform you that our concept has been renewed for the 2026 season. Within the concept, all local alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, cocktails, selected imported drinks, and champagne are included. Premium imported beverages, freshly squeezed juices, special drinks, and Turkish coffee are available at an additional charge.

Dolusu Aqua Park operates between 1 May and 15 October, from 10:00 to 17:00, depending on weather conditions. Beach towels can be obtained from the reception with a EUR 5 deposit. The beach consists of sand and pebbles. Our à la carte Fish and Italian Restaurants operate on selected days with reservations and a fee of EUR 15 per person. Guests staying 6 nights or more are entitled to one complimentary à la carte dinner.

Ничего, просто заняли место грязным и отвратительным отелем. Если хотите потратить свои деньги в грязном месте, с отвратительным персоналом -это этот отель. А самое главное- турецкая мафия. туристы там чистые лохи. вы едите с детьми или семьей в отель- аквапарк, а вам продают горку на вашем же пляже за дегьги!!! Они ,турки, там наглючие. Мороженого_нет, Напитки- ужас!!! еда, ресторан, бассейн-ГРЯЗЬ!!!! Рядом отель, их же бывший, разделились хозяева- небо и земля.

ВСЕ!!! грязные даже шезлонги. Пирса-нет. есть платная(причем только за наличные) горка. Везде воняет. Бассейн- ужас!!! А главное- отношение персонала к нам, отдыхающим, как к третьему сорту. особенно менеджмент. Хотите испробовать на себе- ваш конечно выбор

Отель просто ужас ,везде грязна ,смесители сломаны ,не убирается ,на ресепшене очень грубо отвечают,еда ужасная ,посуда грязная ,на столе ходит кошки грязные ,сына моего высыпало ,заразился ,постель грязный ,советую никогда не выбирать этот отель ,хотели уехать деньги не вернули ,7 дней просто ждали когда домой уедем ,пожалуйта люди никогда не выбирайте этот отель

Bis auf das schöne Wetter war leider war alles negativ!

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr unfreundlich. Das Hotel war ansich nicht sauber und überall verdreckt. Sogar das Geschirr war nicht sauber mehrmals. Das Essen kann man direkt in die Mülltonne schmeißen. Es hat gar nichts geschmeckt, immer kalt und dasselbe. Dreimal kam die Polizei zur Kontrolle, da die Lüftungsanlage nicht funktionierte und überall Rauchwolken entstanden sind. Die Mitarbeiter haben einer Gruppe von Schwerbehinderten Nationalmannschaft trotz meiner bitte nicht geholfen, in den Stand zu gelangen. Als ich die Mitarbeiter angesprochen hatte, haben sie mit mir diskutiert statt zu helfen. Wir wollten direkt nach einem Tag stornieren, haben aber keine Entschädigung bekommen und mussten deshalb die restlichen sechs Tage bleiben. Als wir zurück vom Urlaub nachhause angekommen sind, haben wir eine Woche lang Magenschmerzen gehabt. Ich empfehle es niemanden!

Самое главное преимущество этого отеля, конечно аквапарк. Мы были с дочкой 7 лет, и весь отпуск повели в аквапарке. Ей очень понравилось шоу русалок.
Номера тоже нормальные, убирались почти каждый день.

Cons:

А вот ресторан совершенно не на 5*.
Выбор маленький, народу много, очереди огромные, еды просто не хватало.
Первый раз так плохо кормили в 5ти звёздочном отеле.

Terrible !
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel was the Aqua Park.
Fantastic amazing aqua park the kids loved it!!

Cons:

The food was absolutely terrible!
The staff were rude & not helpful at all!
First day off arrival .. broken fridge .. broken shower .. broken telephone .. broken AC .. terrible location.. it’s defo not a 5 star hotel. More a 2 star.
