Important information:

We are pleased to inform you that our concept has been renewed for the 2026 season. Within the concept, all local alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, cocktails, selected imported drinks, and champagne are included. Premium imported beverages, freshly squeezed juices, special drinks, and Turkish coffee are available at an additional charge.

Dolusu Aqua Park operates between 1 May and 15 October, from 10:00 to 17:00, depending on weather conditions. Beach towels can be obtained from the reception with a EUR 5 deposit. The beach consists of sand and pebbles. Our à la carte Fish and Italian Restaurants operate on selected days with reservations and a fee of EUR 15 per person. Guests staying 6 nights or more are entitled to one complimentary à la carte dinner.

De kamers waren vies en ook de meeste borden in het restaurant waren niet schoon; overal zaten vlekken op. Op het dekbed zaten eveneens veel vlekken. Dit hotel is wat mij betreft geen 5 sterren waard. Het personeel daarentegen was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Leider sehr wenig. Die Hotelanlage ist groß und die Lage ist in Ordnung, aber das allein reicht nicht aus, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen.

Cons:

Die Hygiene war sehr schlecht. Die Bettwäsche hatte gelbe Flecken und das Zimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt. Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, stand die Tür offen und war beschädigt – das hat uns schockiert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte kaum und das Telefon im Zimmer war defekt. Die Pools waren schmutzig, die Rutschen im Aquapark wirkten gefährlich und schlecht gewartet. Das Essen war geschmacklos und bot kaum Abwechslung. Obwohl das Hotel als „All Inclusive“ verkauft wird, mussten viele Getränke, Eis und Snacks extra bezahlt werden und waren sehr teuer. Außerdem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass russische Gäste bevorzugt behandelt wurden. Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht

Расположение, аквапарк, арбузы, море

Cons:

Однообразная еда, это отель на 3 🌟. Уборка в номерах ежедневная но поверхностная. За 10 дней ни разу не поменяли постель. Полотенца менялись несколько раз, но не каждый день. Сантехника убитая. Сначала заселили в номер с выходом та дорогу с солнечной стороной с неработающим кондиционером. Мастер приходил несколько раз, что-то пытался сделать, но так и не смог сделать за 2 дня. Вскоре нас переселили в другой номер. Один раз заполнили холодильник водой, пепси и 7up местным пивом и бутылкой вина с фруктами. Было приятно. Также положили несколько видов чая, кофе с сахаром, но вот чайник в номере не предусмотрен. Зачем было класть напитки и каким образом я должна была их заваривать непонятно. В барах грязно, возле бассейнов как в отеле так и в аквапарке не вытирают полы. При мне парень упал, ударился головой и разбил себе руку до крови, но и после этого происшествия персонал не удосужился протереть полы. В туалетах возле бассейнов полая ж...па, не побоюсь этого слова. В столовой люди ставят вниз грязные тарелки туда где стоят чистые, персонал за этим не следит. В комнате отвратительный wi-fi. 2 раза блокировался сейф не распознавая пин код. В ресторане a la carte "итальянской кухни" полный капец. Ладно один раз бесплатно, но если бы я за ЭТО отдала 15€, честно я бы устроила скандал. Вообще отель максимум 3 🌟.

A restaurant and bar by the sea and water park. Great for families with children. The water park and private beach are a huge plus. A huge number of activities throughout the hotel. A huge pool (with activities). Excellent cuisine with a huge variety of food. I'd especially like to mention the bartenders, chefs, waiters, and activity organizers Tarzan Kaan, Yildirim, and Ibrahim. These guys really got the crowd going every day, every hour.

Cons:

Management. The hotel doesn't live up to its five-star rating. The buildings were old, and housekeeping was extremely poor. There were not enough staff everywhere: in the bars, restaurants, and housekeeping. No complaints about the staff. Management is extremely poor. Such a wonderful hotel is extremely poorly managed. We didn't receive any help for anything we asked for, either late or not at all. We asked for tea bags, and they never arrived after 11 days. We asked for a phone cable in our room, and it took us a week to get one. There were insects in the room that were making loud noises, and help never arrived. Reception didn't provide enough information, for example, about free ala carte and sauna. We learned about all this much later, and by accident.

Good experience and quality time
Pros:

The resort was fantastic starting from check in was smooth and professional , the facilities were amazing with the flowers and greenery areas all over the resort , the rooms were amazing we got free upgrade from deluxe room to suite which was good surprise for us thanks to the hotel management we find also welcoming fruits basket and drinks in the suit , the beds were very comfy and the view from the balcony was stunning we were be able to see the massive view of the mountains and in other side the sweet Mediterranean sea which we like drinking coffee and spend time in the balcony , the aqua of course was great and we had fun time , there is mermaid show through out the day and we experienced first time the foam party on the pool which we liked the most . Of course the buff air meals and drinks was lovely and high quality everything you prefer you will find , animation team did great efforts to please the guests and make us happy and the all the staff was decent and work with professionalism, we had quality time at the beach and we enjoyed the waves , in general it was great experience and had the best time , we thank you for everything .
