A beautiful, quaint hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were amazing!
The hotel was absolutely perfect for us - honestly I can’t think of a single bad thing to say! It was spotless and cleaned every day we were there, the shower was great better then mine at home..
The staff were all so lovely, especially the lady on reception with the gorgeous curly hair.. She was super helpful with tips on what to do around Sorrento and even shared a bit about life in Italy was really interesting to hear (wish I’d caught her name!). Her brother works there too - both hard workers.
The view from the hotel… was just amazing 10/10 from us..
We just got back from staying 6 nights at the Boutique Hotel Helios in Sorrento, Italy. Our room and the rest of the hotel was extremely clean. The fixtures in our bathroom looked to be new or updated and was extremely clean. Our room had a balcony with a small table and two chairs with a beautiful view of the bay and Mount Vesuvius. Just beautiful! All staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant, personable and extremely helpful from the front desk personnel to the young male bar tender to the wonderful woman who would greet you at breakfast and bring you your coffee. Breakfast displayed fruit, pastries, cheeses, meat, eggs and was always beautifully set up and tasted great. Breakfast was served in an outdoor patio overlooking the same beautiful view of the bay and was such a nice way to start the morning. Overall, we cannot say enough about our stay at the Boutique Hotel Helios!
I loved this place, was perfect! Staff amazing and for me I wanted a place I could walk to places easy and was at the same time quiet at night. Highly rate it and the Breakfast matched the beautiful view!
The staff was extraordinary,so nice and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless! BEAUTIFUL views and we felt well cared for. The desk made reservations for tours. Complimentry breakfast was always lovely. I recommend!

Gefallen hat uns die Lage vom Hotel, mit der Aussicht auf den Golf von Neapel, einfach traumhaft. Zum Zentrum von Sorrento waren es etwas über 1 km Fußweg, aber alles gut.
Gute Betten und Klimanlage.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Bedienung ausgezeichnet. Beim Hotel "Tonella" nebenan, gibt es einen Privatstrand, der über einen Lift erreichbar ist. Der Strand ist sehr steinig, daher sind Badeschuhe unablässig
Eigentlich waren wir im Großen und Ganzen sehr zu zufrieden. Jetzt kommt aber ein sehr großes Aber:
Wir waren mit dem Auto angereist und das Parken pro Nacht kostet 25 Euro, das ist auch nicht das Problem. Das Problem ist, das man den Schlüssel bei der Rezeption abgeben muss, da dann bei Bedarf das Auto vom Hotel wegen Platzmangel umgeparkt wird.
Nun aber zum Negativen:
Wir sind am Morgen, des 19.08.2025 abgereist und sind dann nach Ravenna an die Adria, ca. 600 km, gefahren. Als wir in Ravenna angekommen sind, fiel mir auf, dass an der vorderen Stoßstand 3 große Kratzer, die vorher nicht da waren, vorhanden sind. Und zwar solche Kratzer, dass der weiße Lack komplett weg und der schwarze Kunststoff der Stoßstange zum Vorschein kommt. Am Heck sind auch 2 große Kratzer an deiner Stoßstange mit Klavierlack. Ich bin wirklich nich kleinlich, aber es handelt sich um einen Mercedes EQS, weiß, mit einem BLP von 185.000 Euro. Es kann ja alles passieren und dafür gibt es auch Versicherungen, aber wenn Jemanden so etwas passiert, dann sollte man auch den "Arsch in der Hose" haben und den Besitzer informieren. Ich bin auch Niemand, der morgens, mittags und abends ums Auto läuft und Bilder bzw. Videos macht. Darüber habe ich mich sehr sehr geärgert und ärgere ich mich immer noch.
This is a great hotel with view of Sorrento. About a 10 minute walk down to town. We took taxi to get there with luggage from ferry and then taxi back to ferry day we left. They helped us arrange a vespa for 70 euro a day that we rode to the Amalfi Coast we preferred Positano and Ravello over Amalfi too crowded. Staff was wonderful and there daily breakfast was great as well!
Clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. Great sea view. Very nice staff.
