Da atenção dos funcionários. Do quarto, cama muito confortável, banheiro excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso, todos os dias tem um bolo diferente, cada um melhor que o outro. Os recepcionistas deram ótimas dicas de restaurante e cafeteria . Tudo perto da para iir a pé.

Pros:

O mais bonito com certeza é a arquitetura secular, quando cheguei no check-in tive um atendimento muito bom do senhorzinho que estava na recepção.

Cons:

Não gostei da área do jantar, aonde pra tu ir jantar fica um silêncio absurdo não tem música, nem TV ligada. Mas o atendimento da Patrícia e do homem que cuidam dessa parte do jantar foi muito bom. Não gostei também que quando eu fui fazer o check-out estavam me cobrando um valor a mais do que foi o combinado aqui na Booking, eu tive que discutir com eles para eu pagar o valor correto, pois estavam me cobrando a mais.

Café da manhã excelente, muita variedade, qualidade e a vista muito charmosa.
A localização do hotel é excepcional.
Cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

Tive apenas um problema com a reserva. Quando cheguei no hotel não havia o registro (mesmo com a confirmação por e-mail). Mas o problema foi logo resolvido.

Café da manhã completo, atendimento excelente, localização muito boa e perto de tudo, hotel com garagem disponível (duas quadras de distância) e ótimo preço.
O banheiro é bem novo, limpinho, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, quarto com ar condicionado, frigobar e o prédio tem elevador.

Cons:

O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas pra poucos dias não afeta.
