Perfect location for going to the beach and also to go to the old town of Rimini. There is a bus stop of Line 11 near by (5 min. walk). Clean and tidy apartment. The kitchen had everything necessary and is well equiped.

Der Parkplatz war direkt neben dem Eingang. Die Wohnung war klein aber sehr gemütlich. Die Betten waren sehr gut und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Müllstation ist direkt neben dem Haus.

Great value and location!
Pros:

Loved the location, 1block from the beach. Balcony was relaxing in the morning and afternoon. Fun to watch everyone coming and going. Great restaurants close by.
We pretty much camped at the beach everyday.
Staff was helpful with taxis and finding a great hair salon. Would definitely recommend this place.

colazione non prevista in quanto solo monolocale con cucina, posizione ottima a 200 mt dal mare e dal centro

dopo 4 giorni mi hanno detto che c'erano due lavatrici a disposizione, il parcheggio diceva libero ma a 250 mt a piedi, in un cortile sporco dove ho trovato di tutto e con catena e lucchetto spesso aperti. ho trovato carta igienica e detersivi e un secchio ma non c'era una scopa solo una spazzola piccola e paletta. ho dovuto chiedere tre asciugamani perchè oltre me e mia moglie c'era anche mio figlio di 2 anni . c'è uno spazio esterno con divanetti e sedie peccato che la tettoia con la pioggia faceva bagnare tutto.

Wszystko ♥️ apartament bardzo ładny, idealny dla 5 osób, dobrze wyposażony, wszystko co potrzebne na miejscu. Lokalizacja idealna - blisko plaża, restauracje, sklep spożywczy. Personel - bardzo miły Pan, wszystko wyjaśnił, pomógł w zamówieniu taxi.

Będąc rozczarowanym plażowaniem w Rimini, ten apartament zdobył zdecydowanie odwrotne odczucia. Bardzo polecam zatrzymać się właśnie tutaj. Mieszkanko małe, ale wyposażone we wszystko czego można potrzebować na tygodniowy pobyt, do tego urocze patio gdzie można napić się porannej kawy. Pan właściciel, zgodnie z włoskim podejściem do ludzi, jest bardzo przyjazny i komunikatywny. Jest bardzo blisko do plaży, do starego miasta nieco dalej, ale polecam wziąć rowery - Rimini urzekło nas właśnie ścieżkami, nie plażami.

Struttura vicino al mare e vicino al centro, personale gentilissimo, camera pulita e accogliente. Il frigo della stanza era molto grande, la camera era fornita di lenzuola, asciugamani e tovaglia.

Tutto perfetto! Consigliatissimo! Accoglienza gentilissima...ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa!!!
Pros:

Tutto come da descrizione...molto pulito e curato nei dettagli sia nei luoghi comuni sia in appartamento.
Molto vicino alla spiaggia, a ristoranti, bar, e supermercato.

Vorrei sottolineare che hanno messo a nostra disposizione anche biciclette ad uso gratuito!

Parcheggio poco lontano dalla struttura( confortevole e sicuro anche se non in prossimità della struttura ).

Accoglienza molto gentile!!! Tutti molto disponibili e carini, pronti a rispondere alle nostre domande per aiutarci.
