Pros:

Très bel appartement avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Cuisine équipée, climatisation dans la chambre et dans le séjour. Un balcon à l’ombre l’après midi. Une grande douche.
La plage à pied environ 200 mètres.
La promenade qui longe la plage, la grande rue commerçante avec supermarché et restaurants.
L’accueil parfaitement organisé par des personnes très sympathiques. Toujours à l’écoute pour satisfaire nos demandes.
Une place de parking réservée et heureusement…. (Voir le négatif)

Cons:

La rue Foscolo est à sens unique et elle est étroite.
Il y a 4 places de parking réservées à la résidence. Mais elle sont dimensionnées pour des voitures urbaines, et aujourd’hui il y a beaucoup de SUV. Nous avions nous aussi une grosse voiture, donc plein de manœuvres pour se garer et pour repartir. Ce n’est pas la faute des propriétaires. C’est déjà très bien d’avoir eu une place car se garer à Rimini est une galère.

Nekem nagyon tetszett.
Pros:

Nagyon kedvesek voltak a szállásadók,közel volt a strand és sok étterem.A város központja közel van.A sarkon egy bicikli kölcsönző van.Minden nagyon szuper volt.

Cons:

Ha mindenféleképpen kell írni valami,akkor a kocsi parkolója 2 utcára volt.Viszont zárt kerten belül.

Kiváló ár érték arány.
Pros:

Jó klíma, közel van a tengerpart, saját parkoló. Ez utóbbi egy picit szűk, de nem lehetetlen beparkolni.

Cons:

A mosogató a pult sarkában van ami egy picit kényelmetlen, de nem vészes.

Дякую за чудове перебування) Привітний господар, без проблем домовилися про ранішній заїзд. Комфортно, чисто, просторо. Кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті на час надзвичайної спеки було дуже доречно. Близькість до моря, до вокзалу, зупинок трамваю та центру чарівного міста))
Дякую за гостину, неодмінно повернуся зі своєю родиною та буду рекомендувати знайомим))

Naprosto skvělý pan hostitel, který doporučil zajímavosti, dostali jsme slevu na slunečník s lehátky a do restsuraci. Ubytování super. Poloha kousíček od pláže a do města krásnou procházkou. Určitě se vrátíme 👍

Non vedevamo l ora di tornare a casa !

La posizione della struttura era molto vicino al mare, comoda per la balneazione.

Cons:

Il problema principale della struttura e il bagno poco igienico senza piatto doccia, il box doccia non si chiudeva bene quindi l’acqua usciva tutto al di fuori il bagno è stato una vera e propria delusione molto piccolo e poco pulito, abbiamo soggiornato cinque giorni e in cinque giorni non sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani anche sotto richiesta che dire per la pulizia e per l’igiene 0 .

Один из лучших отелей в Римини
Pros:

Абсолютно всё понравилось, прекрасные хозяева, чистый, уютный отель в трёх минутах ходьбы от моря. До старого города и вокзала можно неспеша дойти за 15 минут, рядом магазин и рестораны.
