Saraya Bodrum Hotel

It was bad. Room wasn't cleaned properly at all. Wifi not working in my room, at times even not having reception inside the room. Small pool, not close to the beach.

I’ve stayed there before, and would stay again. Clean hotel, nice amenities, good location, courteous staff.

The staff is friendly and the location is prime for the Yalikavak visitors. Beside this, there are a lot to do for this boutique Hotel. The breakfast is so poor. The cleaning service inside room is not professional at all. Outside the room and the way going to the second floor is so dirty. There is no any room utensils except an old fashion water boiler. There is no on-site parking lots as it is stated in the Hotel’s profile.

The room lacked some essintials like water ketle and facial tissue , little towels but the staff were extra helpful if you need anything

Lovely staff. Very accommodating

This hotel has a lot of potential as it is very close to the Marina and restaurants, so the location is excellent. It is also quite small so after a few days it makes you feel like home. It needs some repairs and renewals and proper advertising of the facilities as the gym was not in function when we arrived. Also, English training for the staff would be helpful for non-Turkish speakers.

Location- it’s literally a 3-5 min walk to the marina. Which is very nice and very high end. Everything is there. From zuma, nuser et and many other high end restaurants. Every single high end designer you can imagine aswell.

The room - it’s clean and modern. Won’t blow your socks off. But good enough. Especially for the location and pricing.

Breakfast - included is amazing. Made to order omelets. Can’t go wrong.

The ground- hotel grounds are very nice. They have a great pool and nice area to sit.

I can’t thank Althea staff alenough. One night I didn’t have liras on me to pay for the taxi. The worker there Ogen literally gave me money out of his own pocket to cover the taxis. Never has this happened before.

Just want to say janna and ogen are so fantastic and helpful. That’s reason enough to stay there and come back

Good hotel, with great location... 5 minute walk to the Yalikavak Marina.

Beautiful boutique hotel just 5 min walk from the marina. All of the staff were super friendly and acommodating. my flight to Bodrum arrived early in the morning, but they let me have a free early check-in. Overall very happy and comfortable with this hotel. Will definteley recommend and stay again next time I am in Bodrum!

No bar in hotel, only changed the bedding once a week

The hotel location is very close to the new marina , where you can find good restaurants and coffee shops, good stores too beautiful place to walk around.
But the hotel price is a bit high, the rooms are not so nice, spacious yes , but a bit old , i didn’t like the shower and the toilet, very old !!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location but sadly is not as advertised! The rooms are very basic, no mini bar or bar. No nice toiletries or bath robes! Needs a lot of improvement for facilities in rooms. No 'do not disturb signs' for doors.
No tea or coffee making facilities.

We had a deluxe room which was large and ery tastefully decorated. Pool area was great albeit very quiet when we were there. The reason for my low score is that we were disappointed for the price particularly the lack of attention to detail. We had to ask for cups, glasses and toiletries on arrival. Our aircon didn't work properly, there was a curtain missing etc. We also didn't like the fact that the shower and toilet were not separated from room - you need to know your room mate very intimately! Breakfast was ok but had to keep asking for more drinks - also cafe felt very sterile.

Hotel is good and new but the bathroom and toilet may not be private for everyone as there is no separate room for it . They just make it through a semi shadowed glass.
There were no small towels and we have been informed that is available upon request.

It is an oasis only 3min walk away from the jungle called Palmarin Yalikavak. You will have a nice unexpected treat

Unfortunately had a very bad experience when we checked in, we have been informed that there is a small problem with the water tubes and it would be fixed when we wake up.
That did not happen and we checked out very unprofessional.
