Pros:

Great location. Everything including food, shopping, sightseeing, bus service etc were nearby/within wallkng distance.
Helpful staff. Clean room.

Bed had sink in the middle which wasn't good for my back.
The gym was dirty and dusty; the equipment needed to be repaired.
