Nice hotel in good location & friendly staff, also had a great little kitchen area inside the room, with mini cooker, fridge, kettle & microwave, a really good plus point. Well recomend a stay here.

Muito bem localizado e quarto grande. Mas o colchão é muito mole, terrível para as costas, e o ar condicionado fazia um barulho super alto depois de algumas horas em uso, semelhante a um apito. Quando reclamei do problema do barulho no ar condicionado, não parecia ser uma surpresa pra eles. Também tivemos um desencontro de informações da recepção que atrapalhou bastante nosso check-out.

Very good hotel in a great location
Pros:

Fedra, the receptionist, has been very kind and helpful. Alicia, the employee that cleaned the room every day (one week), did an outstanding job.
Because of them we may stay again at this hotel.
Room was big, comfortable and very clean.
The only problem is that there is no carpet at the entrance of the hotel, which may be dangerous when raining!

Pros:

The reception staff was always friendly and welcoming, the room was huge and had all necessities, a set table for two was a nice touch. Location is great for exploring the city however comes with a drawback of the noisy street at night (to be expected in such location and even the double glass didn't keep it out).

Cons:

The towels and bedding saw better days.

Pros:

A localização do quarto é excelente. Perto de metro, mercado e demais comodidades ao turista. O quarto é super amplo e com uma limpeza muito boa. Achei um ótima opção. O ponto que não gostei foi pq cobraram a estadia do meu filho de 04, que dorme comigo e minha esposa na cama de casal. A comunicação foi ruim e criou uma situação bastante desagradável. No entanto, paguei pela estadia do meu filho, bem como por ter solicitado check-out tardio. Eles não são corteses nessas questões. São bastante rígidos. No mais, aprovei a experiência.

Pros:

El Hotel bien. En cuanto al la reserva te la hacen hacer en dolares y cuando la tenes que pagar con la tarjeta terminas pagando mas que un 5 estrellas. Argentina y tus impuestos..
Si vas a reservar del unterior no te lo recomuendo. Iva + impuestos se va por las nu es.
