It was clean, the sheets and blankets were comfy and very clean. Staf was wonderful!
Pros:

Steps fro the beach! The location was perfect.

Cons:

The rooms were old. The mattress was horrible, and obviously very olds. The shower door hardly ran on the tracks, old paint, old, old, old.

Great location, clean, friendly staff.
Pros:

This property was direct ocean front and even the non ocean front rooms had a view of the beach. It was very clean. They had a bathroom and shower that could be used before the room was available.

A great place, different than the photos in a few aspects, all in all would stay again
Pros:

Very close to the beach, staff is very very considerate and polite, pool is nice and well kept, no creepy feeling there, felt safe, parking, outdoor shower and external bathroom with a shower.

Cons:

The sofa bed seemed like there was mold or mildew, it was paper thin, and no full mattress cover encasing it.

Great view and comfortable room! Very quiet. Pool, ice, pleasant staff. Very accommodating

Excellent location, fabulous room, would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location was perfect, right on the beach and the views from our rooms were amazing, we could see the sea and beach. We had a parking space and everywhere was walkable in Dewey and we even walked down the beach to Rehoboth and got the Jolly Trolley - it also has a stop on Reid Street which is where the hotel is located, so perfect. The beach is so clean and beautiful sandy colour. The room was huge, we only stayed for the weekend but you could easily stay a couple of weeks. There was a fridge and cooking facilities and all the basic equipment you would need to make a meal.

Cons:

No lift which wasn't too much of a concern as they had a dumb waiter for the luggage, but you still have to lift the luggage into it, so if you would struggle lifting a heavy case this may have been a concern. The shower door was coming off its rail (but we managed to fix this) other than those tiny things it was great.

New favorite place to stay in Dewey!
Pros:

Had the most perfect stay for my birthday! Loved everything about this place - the location, view, staff, and spaciness of the room were particularly fantastic. Super clean, super well equipped, covered parking, and a great pool!
