Oceanfront suite with kitchenette and awesome view of the beach/ocean and a heated pool!
Walking up the stairs to 3rd floor. However, luggage can be lifted in a dumbwaiter.

Prime location!
The location is perfect. We had an amazing view of the ocean. And the office staff was very kind.
No elevator. Limited parking near the hotel. However, the manager, Doc was very accommodating, and because one of us has a back issue he allowed us to park right up front near the office.

Beach hotel vibe, the rooms have what you need and were spotless. The staff is awesome and they constantly clean the grounds and the hotel area. Just great!

The location was great. Right next to a beach entrance. Staff were friendly.
Parking is under the hotel or across street (depending what is available). Room was kind of sticky and a/c dripped in room.
The view from our room was incredibly beautiful! We were able to get a super early check in which was very appreciated! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location was great; not only in proximity to the beach, but to local shops and restaurants too! We will definitely be back!
The beds were slightly uncomfortable, and the water pressure was poor in the bathroom but other than that, there were no other complaints!
Literally feet off the beach nice pool accommodating stuff clean rooms walking distance to everything.
Although they have a dumb waiter they do not have an elevator. It was only a problem because of our mobility issues and we had asked for a first floor, however they accommodated us on the second and took $40 a night off.
We were right on the beach with our room facing the beach/ocean. Easy access to the beach. Since there was no elevator the dumb water was very important in getting luggage up to the 3rd floor.
We had 3 big windows facing the ocean, however our middle window must have had a condensation leak between the panes of glass making the middle window milky and dirty looking. That really needs to be fixed.
Very narrow staircase, no elevator or deck, which we knew about but it was still disappointing especially being on the top floor. Not enough parking right at the hotel. Since our beach gear needed to be in our car, it was a pain walking to the auxiliary parking lot to get the gear. We eventually got a spot under the hotel, but we really needed to pay attention to get that spot and once we got it, we didn't dare move our car. Last they only service the room every 3 days upon request. It was no big deal, but I'm used to service every day when staying in a hotel. Admittedly if I asked they would bring fresh towels.
The property was wonderful and clean! And it sat at a perfect location. All the workers are extremely kind and friendly.
There was nothing I didn't like about the property. They don't have balconies but it's still beautiful to open up your blind and see the beautiful ocean.
