No elevator
It was close to the beach and there were trash cans everywhere and the area to help with luggage was great. The people that worked there were efficient on their job non stop working and making sure the outside area was always taken care of.
Parking isn’t the best went into the room and microwave , fridge and ceiling fan and mirror was still dirty from previous people having the room. Being a professional cleaner I noticed immediately.

We booked a beachview room. It was a third-floor walk-up, though there was a dumbwaiter for our luggage. The wall facing the beach consisted of three floor-to-ceiling glass panes. The center pane was completely fogged up, and you could not see through it. The on-premises parking was limited and completely full and we had to park in an overflow area across the street and a few hundred yards away. The building and its rooms looked to have been constructed in the 1950s or 60s, maybe earlier, and are in drastic need of refurbishing (like razing and rebuilding).
Location was perfect, right near the beach.
Had ants everywhere in the room. Mainly in the bathroom.
Location and staff were great! The room, which was on the third floor, was clean and quiet with a decent ocean view.
I didn’t pay attention to the fact that there was no elevator. No one’s fault but my own but it was hard on my elderly in-laws.

It sucked taking the steps to the 3rd floor. But would 100% stay again!!!
