Pros:

la habitacion al llegar estaba en optima condiciones pero ante una estadia de 3 dias y 2 noches no hubo servicio de limpieza ni cambio de sabanas, eso quita mucho a la hora de ofrecer servicios

La cabaña queda algo alejada de la recepcion y la cafeteria pero es un esplendido lugar para descansar muy bueno.

La atencion del personal es muy buena. Tener en cuenta que el desayunador es compartido, no es de uso exclusivo de los huspedes del hotel, al mismo ingresan personas externas.

Local muito bom, ótimo atendimento e próximo aos parques aquáticos. Estava com 2 filhos pequenos e esposa por isso achei pequeno o quarto. Mas voltarei, espero ir no apart que fica junto.

Our check-in and check-out went smoothly. There was confusion if the breakfast was included or not so we didn't use it the second day. Also, the room was cold and never really warmed up. They did have plenty of extra blankets. The baday leaked all over the bathroom floor. The faucet in the bathroom only had a trickle of water come from it. We stayed two days and didn't get housekeeping come and clean our room. Very disappointing. The room had 3 single beds in the main room and a small "queen" bed, more like a double in another room. Free parking. Wifi only worked near the lobby.
