This place is the best

Amazing little place with the best service
Pros:

We were a group of 6. It was an amazing experience right from the beginning . The deck on the water is amazing to relax at.

Finally the staff and service is excellent. One of the best I have experienced. Super convenient, quick to respond and the sweetest gestures to make you feel at home.
They went out of their way to make us comfortable and our stay special.

Would highly recommend.

A little outside the city and the The rooms we had didn't have a clear view of the water.

Ausserordentlicher Service – sehr serviceorientiert. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, wirklich hervorragend, und das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage direkt an der Lagune ist bezaubernd! Wir sind zwei Nächte geblieben, waren begeistert und würden sofort wiederkommen.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Anlage ist in einem guten Zustand. Der Blick auf die Lagune ist natürlich toll.

Cons:

Die Lage. Wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, ist es sicherlich sehr gut weil man sehr unkompliziert direkt davor parken kann. Aber für alle anderen Zwecke isr es suboptimal. Es ist weder so ruhig gelegen wie viele andere Hotels, noch direkt an der Stadt, sodass man dort zu Fuß hingehen kann.

Direkt neben den Hotels sind angrenzende Häuser bzw. eine Baustelle. Darüberhinaus hört man ständig die Straße. Das nimmt dem Ganzen etwas Charme und die Ruhe.

Die Betten sind leider zu klein für zwei Personen.

Es gibt zwei einzelne Zimmer direkt an der Lagune, die sicher herausstechen, aber die restlichen Zimmer halte ich für den Preis für ziemlich überteuert.

El personal excelente, la habitación muy bonita.
Pros:

La habitación muy linda, pero me pareció difícil la entrada a la misma ya que hay una puerta corrediza y un mosquitero que al abrirse da a una lámpara de pie, casi siempre chocábamos con esa lámpara.

Cons:

El desayuno es sabroso pero a pesar del calor que hay en el lugar y que viene tapado con campana, llegó frío, eso le quita mucho para que se disfrute.

Pros:

Hermoso lugar al pie de la laguna de Bacalar con vistas excepcionales, personal muy atento, la comida del chef deliciosa y muy bien presentada.

Ok hotel but there are much better locations and amenities in the lagoon.
Pros:

Close to the Ado bus station. Food was very good.

Cons:

The restaurant never answered the phone for room service. The room did not have ANY comfortable chairs for sitting or eating. Partial lagoon view also has a terrible view of local homes next door. Bar is hidden in back and not any place you can enjoy the views. Staff was ok but did not always complete requests. I couldn’t get additional bottles of water that I asked for twice.
