Direkt an der Lagune.
Vom Pool aus hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht.
Ebenso gibt es einen Steg und wenn man früh genug dran ist hat man diesen für sich alleine :)

Das Essen war super lecker und die Portionen waren rießig.
Also eigentlich hätte locker eine Portion für 2 Leute gereicht.
Ebenso kann man das Personal immer nach einem Eimer mit Eiswürfeln bitten.
Ein Taxi in die Stadt kostet 80 pesos und kann direkt an der Bar angefordert werden.
Das Hotel war wirklich wunderschön.
:)
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Personal war manchmal etwas langsam
Die Handtücher am Pool waren eig immer leer wurden einen auf Anfrage aber immer sofort gebracht.

Es fehlt leider wirklich ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer
Und als Hinweis ... der Supermarkt gegenüber hat geschlossen

Séjour de rêve dans un lieu hors du temps…
Pros:

L’emplacement est superbe, à l’entrée de Bacalar.
L’accès à la lagune est très agréable. La terrasse avec la piscine est aussi très appréciable.
L’hôtel est très beau et nous avions une très belle vue de notre suite.
Le restaurant est délicieux et nous recommandons la pêche du jour en croûte de sel…
Les petits déjeuners sont aussi magnifiques et bons.
Le personnel est au petit soin.

Cons:

Il y a une construction en cours à côté. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour le bruit car dans la journée nous n’étions pas à l’hôtel mais il serait bien de prévoir une façon de cacher la vie du chantier notamment de notre suite (12) en mettant des brises vue.

Extraordinaire, merci!
Pros:

Super hôtel!! Très joli, très confortable, le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins sans en faire trop. Tout est étudié dans le détail pour que l’expérience soit au top et elle l’est.
La vue sur la lagune est magnifique, super terrasse dans la chambre avec vue. Baignoire avec vue au top. Le cadre est vraiment charmant. Le personnel est super gentil, souriant et serviable.
(On a eu un problème de voiture et ils nous ont aidé avec beaucoup de gentillesse sous 35 degrés, sans compter leur temps ni leur investissement alors qu’on était déjà quasiment partis…c’est rare!).

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Exzellente Küche. Das Abendessen wurde uns unten an der Lagune in der offenen, mit Stroh bedeckten Holzhütte serviert. Abendessen mit Lagunenrauschen.

Amazing little place with the best service
Pros:

We were a group of 6. It was an amazing experience right from the beginning . The deck on the water is amazing to relax at.

Finally the staff and service is excellent. One of the best I have experienced. Super convenient, quick to respond and the sweetest gestures to make you feel at home.
They went out of their way to make us comfortable and our stay special.

Would highly recommend.

A little outside the city and the The rooms we had didn't have a clear view of the water.

Ausserordentlicher Service – sehr serviceorientiert. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, wirklich hervorragend, und das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage direkt an der Lagune ist bezaubernd! Wir sind zwei Nächte geblieben, waren begeistert und würden sofort wiederkommen.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Anlage ist in einem guten Zustand. Der Blick auf die Lagune ist natürlich toll.

Cons:

Die Lage. Wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, ist es sicherlich sehr gut weil man sehr unkompliziert direkt davor parken kann. Aber für alle anderen Zwecke isr es suboptimal. Es ist weder so ruhig gelegen wie viele andere Hotels, noch direkt an der Stadt, sodass man dort zu Fuß hingehen kann.

Direkt neben den Hotels sind angrenzende Häuser bzw. eine Baustelle. Darüberhinaus hört man ständig die Straße. Das nimmt dem Ganzen etwas Charme und die Ruhe.

Die Betten sind leider zu klein für zwei Personen.

Es gibt zwei einzelne Zimmer direkt an der Lagune, die sicher herausstechen, aber die restlichen Zimmer halte ich für den Preis für ziemlich überteuert.

El personal excelente, la habitación muy bonita.
Pros:

La habitación muy linda, pero me pareció difícil la entrada a la misma ya que hay una puerta corrediza y un mosquitero que al abrirse da a una lámpara de pie, casi siempre chocábamos con esa lámpara.

Cons:

El desayuno es sabroso pero a pesar del calor que hay en el lugar y que viene tapado con campana, llegó frío, eso le quita mucho para que se disfrute.
