Hermoso lugar al pie de la laguna de Bacalar con vistas excepcionales, personal muy atento, la comida del chef deliciosa y muy bien presentada.
Close to the Ado bus station. Food was very good.
The restaurant never answered the phone for room service. The room did not have ANY comfortable chairs for sitting or eating. Partial lagoon view also has a terrible view of local homes next door. Bar is hidden in back and not any place you can enjoy the views. Staff was ok but did not always complete requests. I couldn’t get additional bottles of water that I asked for twice.

It will be nice if they have kayaks and paddle boards.
Everything was perfect. The room is beautiful, just like the pictures. It was very comfortable, and the deck in front of the room was our favourite spot. The food was excellent!! We did not want to leave the hotel because we felt like we were at home.
An extra-large bed would be make it even more perfect.

Petit déjeuner commandé à 8h qui n’était toujours pas livré à 8h25.
Toasts parfois succincts.
Un peu éloigné du centre historique de Bacalar, et donnant sur la grande route un peu sonore. (Mais les taxis pour y accéder très accessibles : 2€ par trajet!)

Couldn't fault our stay, it was perfect! The location is in the best spot along the water and just a 10 minute drive into town. There is a whole lot to do in town, so it was great to be by the lagoon. Staff were incredible and the food was amazing.
My only criticism would be the aircon made the room smell a bit mouldy, however, I also noticed this in all our accomodation in Mexico so I don't believe it was exclusive to this hotel.
Beautiful hotel and garden, cozy and modern rooms, lake view and super friendly and service oriented staff. Would always come back!
Great location on the lagoon, small but room had privacy and staff were lovely.
The proximity of the next door hotel meant there was noise from their pool in the evening as it was right next to our second room and they were undergoing construction on their dock during the day. Also it would have been good to have a reading light.
The friendly staff, tasty food, great portions and beautiful lagoon views.
