Paradise in Bacalar
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The room is beautiful, just like the pictures. It was very comfortable, and the deck in front of the room was our favourite spot. The food was excellent!! We did not want to leave the hotel because we felt like we were at home.

Cons:

An extra-large bed would be make it even more perfect.

Pros:

Hôtel intimiste, chic, élégant, confortable. Un air de paradis , donnant directement sur la lagune
Nous avons eu la chance d’un surclassement dans une chambre avec un balcon (et vue jardin.)
(Attention aux chambres en rez de chaussée )
Grande amabilité du staff ,
également pour réserver les taxis et les excursions

Cons:

Petit déjeuner commandé à 8h qui n’était toujours pas livré à 8h25.
Toasts parfois succincts.
Un peu éloigné du centre historique de Bacalar, et donnant sur la grande route un peu sonore. (Mais les taxis pour y accéder très accessibles : 2€ par trajet!)

Amazing, best location and stay
Pros:

Couldn't fault our stay, it was perfect! The location is in the best spot along the water and just a 10 minute drive into town. There is a whole lot to do in town, so it was great to be by the lagoon. Staff were incredible and the food was amazing.

Cons:

My only criticism would be the aircon made the room smell a bit mouldy, however, I also noticed this in all our accomodation in Mexico so I don't believe it was exclusive to this hotel.

Lovely, relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

Great location on the lagoon, small but room had privacy and staff were lovely.

Cons:

The proximity of the next door hotel meant there was noise from their pool in the evening as it was right next to our second room and they were undergoing construction on their dock during the day. Also it would have been good to have a reading light.
