It was in the center of town.

Cons:

It was dirty as it looked as if the room was previously used; I also found hairs on two of the pillows. Beds were really hard. There was loud noise in the hallway from people talking, laughing and having conversations in the wee hours of the morning. A loud clicking sound kept coming from somewhere in the room. Got up and left 3:30 in the morning. Absolutely terrible place...run away.

Me gusto la atención del señor que nos atendió, me gusto el cuarto, muy limpio aunque algo pequeño, tiene agua caliente, muy agradable para bañarnos temprano, me gusto que tiene piscina, sin embargo no pudimos meternos por el detalle del tiempo que teníamos que salir.

Cons:

El precio esta algo elevado para un cuarto, ya que mi anterior reserva en otro hotel eran dos cuartos sin embargo me cancelo el otro hotel por lo que tuve que elegir este.

Cuidado al hospedarse.

Cons:

Habitación sumamente incómoda, camas viejas, se sentían hasta los resortes, en las ventanas de las habitaciones, no tenían cortina ni nada, y toda la iluminación del pasillo entraba a la habitación, y no apagaban las luces hasta las 12 de la noche, más que había mucho ruido, y dentro de la habitación había una puerta que daba a otra habitación, que durante la noche la abrieron, sumamente incómodo y peligroso.

Cons:

Camas muy duras, baño muy pequeño, lavamanos fuera del baño igual que la iluminacion del baño, se tenia que prender y apagar desde fuera. Sin una mesita o algo para poner cosas. Sin ventanas con luz natural.

La ubicación es relativamente buena, tiene parking para dejar el coche. Las camas son muy grandes. La piscina es pequeña y está calentita pero suficiente para refrescarse

Echamos en falta una mesilla al lado de cada cama o una grande para poder apoyar alguna cosa... Al final íbamos de viaje con dos maletas grandes y se quedaron o en el suelo o en la cama.

Solo para dormir y bañarse
Pros:

El precio es accesible para estar en el centro de Mérida, sin embargo está muy descuidado aunque sea un edificio viejo debe estar limpio y lo básico debe funcionar bien. Le falta mucho mantenimiento en todos los sentidos.
Las fotos son pasadas y no reflejan la realidad.
El escusado estaba descompuesto la cadena de adentro rota y tuvimos que meter la mano al tanque para poder descargar el agua. Había telarañas en el baño, un colchón con una gran mancha de sangre que me dio mucho asco (habitación 29)para 7 personas.
La regadera estaba atorada barrida la llave y no había agua caliente, entiendo que en Yucatán hace mucho calor pero viajamos con niños que necesitan agua caliente para bañarse.
Solo lo ocupamos para pasar la noche y bañarnos porque lo que queríamos era salir corriendo de ahí. No tomé fotos porque no merece la pena.
Hay muchas áreas de oportunidad ojalá y los dueños hagan algo.
