Great location! Walkable to a beautiful beach and many restaurants. The staff was great and the property was very thought out.

We enjoyed our four night stay at the Dream Inn and would definitely stay again. The location is great - so close to beach, restaurants, bars, convenience stores - everything you need. We paid the extra $50 for beach chairs, cooler and umbrella which was well worth it. All staff were super friendly!

We unfortunately only stayed one night here. Don’t let the exterior fool you- the hotel is lovely!

Sun block was available as well as beach coolers and mats to use on the beach.
A/c was so cold! And shower had great pressure and hot water.
Many tv channels available for free.
Ice, water, coffee and tea available 24/7 in charming sitting area.

Great location, clean servicable rooms, friendly staff. 2 blocks from the beach! Wonderful roof garden for al fresco dining and enjoying San Juan's skyline with views of the Caribbean. Great for a short stay or a longer budget stay.

Wonderful family owned hotel. Rooms are clean and great for spending the night before cruising out of San Juan. Roof top area to enjoy. Small pool to unwind. Great value. Jorge the manager is quick to help. Delicious restaurants within the block and beach is short walk from hotel.

The location was great. Within walking distance to the public beach, and to many (very good) restaurants. Our room was nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to San Juan.

I loved the location

We stayed at Dream Inn PR the night before our cruise and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxed pre-cruise stay.

One of the highlights was the rooftop deck. We enjoyed a glass of wine there while watching our daughter’s flight arrive—such a special and unexpected moment. The rooftop space is peaceful and offers great views, making it a perfect spot to unwind after traveling.

The location was convenient, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and everything was just as described. Dream Inn PR was an excellent choice for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others staying in San Juan before a cruise.

Great location at a reasonable price for San Juan! We always stay here before and after cruise stops out of San Juan. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Jorge and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we needed, the location was wonderful and the staff was even better. Short walk to the beach, many food and drink options nearby. Felt safe at the Dream Inn and the area.Everyone is very helpful.

This is really a wonderful place. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location can't be beat--two short blocks to the beach and walkign to all great restos. But what really stood out to us was the beautiful common areas and the incredible hospitality of the staff, all the front desk staff and a special shout out to Jorge! They let us store our luggage there and use their rooftop all day long after check out. Really a bonus and worth booking for that alone. But also, the hospitality is what makes you come back to a place, what makes it feel like home away from home. and Dream Inn is really killing it in going above and beyond. Thank you!! We will be back.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Dream Inn for several days over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time. Sham and his son Gautam made us feel right at home, with great amenities (filtered water, coquito, and sunscreen in the lobby, beach gear for borrow) and recommendations for exploring the area. We went to Kasalta three times during our visit, and saw most of the stops on their Old San Juan walking tour. There are lots of other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel too. The rooms were clean and well insulated from noise, both from other rooms and outside. I would definitely stay here if I visit the area again.

Very well-located property in Loíza, between Isla Verde and El Condado. Everything is within a 10 minute drive and there's free parking! Customer service from Jorge is excellent, and you are steps from a very pretty beach. We were a little tight in the room with three of us (two parents plus one teenager) but the price was very fair for the level of service, amenities, and location.

We only stayed one evening this time as we were expecting family to join us. Our room was perfect, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. We've stayed at the Dream Inn much longer in the past and always found it to be great. I love going to the roof and just enjoying the serenity of the evening. The staff is excellent and very helpful.
