I loved the location

Very well-located property in Loíza, between Isla Verde and El Condado. Everything is within a 10 minute drive and there's free parking! Customer service from Jorge is excellent, and you are steps from a very pretty beach. We were a little tight in the room with three of us (two parents plus one teenager) but the price was very fair for the level of service, amenities, and location.

We only stayed one evening this time as we were expecting family to join us. Our room was perfect, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. We've stayed at the Dream Inn much longer in the past and always found it to be great. I love going to the roof and just enjoying the serenity of the evening. The staff is excellent and very helpful.

Perfectly nice place! We fit two people in the cozy room, which was snug but worked out just fine. Koi are adorable, roof deck is nice, hammock outside our room was cozy. Abundant hot water which can sometimes be an issue in San Juan. My only suggestion would be to make the coffee available in the lobby a little earlier, since it wasn’t ready until 9:30ish when we were there. A small quibble at an otherwise great spot.

Very nice place. Nice atmosphere. We had an issue with the safety box and Jorge was very helpful. Definitely we will return. All nice and clean.

Shout out to Jorge for doing an amazing job welcoming me. He provided so much assistance with his recommendations. It was truly a great start to my vacation.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Had all the amenities I wanted, save for maybe a microwave. Heavy rains were not a concern as I didn't see any leaks.

Good location: next to many good restaurants and shops, between the airport and Old San Juan, along bus lines, safe neighborhood.

Lots of businesses nearby, although there aren't crosswalks on the road, so crossing the street can be challenging.

Plenty of restaurants, and the staff is happy to provide recommendations.

Very comfortable room. Near restaurants, shops, beach. Close to cruise port. Jorge at front desk was very helpful. Restaurant recommendations from staff were great!

I ended up here because the place I have always stayed was full. They recommended this boutique hotel. I had it in the back of my mind to write a review. Finally got to it. Sorry guys it took so long.
Absolute perfection. Ideally located to have the ritualistic breakfast, cafe con leche and one quesito at Kasalta.
Most importantly: meticulously clean. They are customer-service oriented and accommodating. Exceedingly well managed, and family-run. I'll be back. Thank you.

This was a very nice hotel with amenities to help with your stay. We arrived super late and I was so happy to see a bottle of wine on the room ( for purchase). The vibe I got was so boho fairy tale. I hate to explore the property even at 2 am. Highly recommend. My 6 year old was treated like a princess!!!

I stayed here for one night. I had to do a self-service check-in since I arrived after 11 PM. The hotel is in a good neighborhood, close to the Ocean Park beach. The room had a comforable bed and solid bathroom with strong shower pressure. I do not recommend getting a room along the street. It's noisy at night and in the morning. There is no breakfast, but there are a few restaurants and bakery close (Kasalta and Lela's).

Property including bathrooms need some TLC

Placing available outlets on both sides of the bed would be so much better so each person can charge on their own side.
