Der Teppichboden muss mal erneuert werden, und die Außenfenster sollten auch dringend geputzt werden, damit man den Meerblick wieder richtig genießen kann.

Beautiful hotel and rooms

Cons:

As English citizens we weren’t treated very well. We would watch others eat outside on the terrace and when we asked too, we’re told we have to come inside even though other members of our party had eaten outside. One day we were told we weren’t allowed lunch in the restaurant at all. The service in the restaurant was awfully slow, taking us hours to get through just one course from arriving to end.

Standards have severely dropped!
Pros:

A good 5 star hotel but their standards at this hotel have severely dropped. I stayed here last year for work and it was a different experience. This year the hotel lobby was under renovation and there was less room to use in the hotel area where usually there was a business lounge. That was being used by the business sales team.

The gym, pool and spa facilities were brilliant just as usual.

I wouldn't stay here again unless there were serious improvements.

Cons:

My room has an issue with the shower and I had to have an engineer/plumber spend considerable time fix it and even then it wasn't fully fixed. Paid the 5-star money without the 5-star experience.

Pros:

Modern, good food, very friendly staff. Zeynep was very friendly and helpful at reception.

Cons:

The rooftop terrace was closed and there was building work, but we didn’t hear any noise.

Pros:

I stayed there 2 nights. My overall experience was great. I got a hammam treatment at the spa. Berkcan was pleasant receptionist, took me last minute appointment before closing time. Modina gave me great treatment. Thank you.

I had a wonderful full-week stay at Hyatt Regency Ataköy Istanbul and truly enjoyed every moment. As an Explorist member, I was delighted to receive a beautiful room with a lovely view, which made the stay even more special.

Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. I also used my lounge access award, and the evening dining experience there was outstanding — the dinners were consistently amazing, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality from the entire team. Everyone throughout the hotel was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel very welcome during the whole stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenity gifts, including Turkish delights and fresh fruits, which were such a kind and memorable gesture.

The property itself is very well maintained, elegant, and comfortable. Hyatt Regency Ataköy Istanbul delivered a fantastic experience, and I would gladly return again.
