I found everything perfect for my stay and the purpose of my visit.
The lift can sometimes play up if more than one floor is selected, it can cancel the 1st selection.
The staff especially Zeynep was amazing. Her service was exceptional. The rest of the staff were amazing. I cannot fault the hotel on anything. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future

An amazing layover experience. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The gentle man at the desk upgraded our room to a suite and it made the experience even more wonderful for us. Their breakfast is a foodie heaven. Local dishes being hand made as you watch and something for the tastes of everyone available. The lady at the front desk was willing to go the extra mile. She was ready to answer our questions, eager to give out directions, places to visit, or where to enjoy your shopping. They can arrange a taxi whenever you like with almost no wait. The atmosphere was amazing and turned a simple layover into a memorable adventure.

Amazing staff
Beautiful location beside a park and the sea, with shopping and markets about a 20-minute walk away. Breakfast was included and was excellent — a diverse buffet with cheeses, meats, fresh croissants, and made-to-order flatbreads filled with spinach, meat, and cheese prepared by Firdevs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Taylan at the front desk, who spoke great English and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend this place.
The hotel was lovely and the staff made us feel so welcome. Food was also great.
