Pros:

One of the best stays that i've been to. Staff was so cool, every one of them! The room was so clean, and everything that you need was there. The best breakfast that you can imagine! Me and my girl loved the indoor pool, amazing! We were supposed to stay 12 days, but we stayed a bit longer. Location is perfect, the center is also near, we saw so many places here in Instanbul! I will deffinitely come back here!

Babymoon / Toddler’s birthday
Pros:

We had our baby moon and our toddler’s birthday there vacation in Istanbul and the hotel is exceptional. This time for very friendly and supportive and helpful and the food in the restaurant that was in the hotel was magnificent and extremely delicious. we have the King suite and the space was very good and relaxing.

Pros:

Отель удачно расположен: рядом станция мармарай и метро. До центра, до Сиркеджи, можно добраться за полчаса без всяких пробок. Удобно. Также удобно ехать из/в аэропорт. Рядом есть хороший ТЦ с едой и Старбаксом.

В отеле отличная спа зона: бассейн крытый, хаммам, паровая, сауна. Раздельно для мужчин и женщин. Есть посетители не постояльцы, но толп не было. Есть открытый бассейн.

Хорошие завтраки, обильные. Отдельная благодарность официантке Нергиз - говорит по-русски, всегда очень предусмотрительна, внимательна, создает настроение уже утром.

Во время пребывания был ремонт входной группы, он не мешал. Хорошая звукоизоляция номеров. Отличный вид на море (за доплату).

Cons:

Не работал телефон, просто нет гудка. Не знаю, почему.
Если не оставить чаевых уборке - могут не поставить бесплатную воду. Признаться, такого в отеле с пятью звездами не ожидал; при том, что уборка в номере была ок, но ничего сверх, за что хотелось бы оставить чаевые.

Overall a great experience!
Pros:

We had an extremely pleasant interaction with each and every member of the hotel staff. They were all very kind and helpful, from people at the reception to random interactions in spa and pool area.
Great room with great bed. We also wanted hard pillows and those were provided in no time. And in general room service was swift and simple.
I really enjoyed the sauna and both pools.

Cons:

There is no way to order room service online, you have to call. I would expect some kind of a web page or an app through which I could do that.
There was no toilet brush in our room, which felt a bit weird, because there might be a need for it. There was no alternative to how one might clean the toilet and I didn't feel like calling someone to do that for me.
Kind of overpriced transfer from/to airport and minibar items, even for such hotel.

Home Away From Home - Hyatt Regency Atakoy
Pros:

The location is convenient, with easy access to bus and metro stations. The view of the Marmara Sea from the hotel is stunning and breathtaking. The hotel room was superb—clean, spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were very helpful, from the entrance lobby to the reception desk and café. They went the extra mile to assist me and ensure that my stay was meaningful and memorable. Special thanks to Ecrin, Batuhan, Emre, and Berat. They deserve recognition and my sincere appreciation for their outstanding service. I will definitely be returning to Hyatt Regency Ataköy in the near future.

Dissapointed and didn’t meet five star expectation
Pros:

Staff was friendly and rooms are lovely but many other issues at this moment. Hotel is partly in rénovation, pool area not amazing.

Cons:

Food was not great , breakfast super slow and crowded; pool area not so inviting.

Pros:

Delicious breakfast with a very wide choice. Big room and bathroom, very nice and comfortable. Nice pool area + wellness amenities.

Cons:

Quite expensive pool bar. The hotel undegoes remodelling so some areas are underbrenovation, there might be noises at times.
