Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling. As for the hotel, it's simply a place to sleep. I think it's past its prime, but it's perfectly adequate for a few days' trip to Manila.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this is the main drawback of this hotel. The chef can't even make good scrambled eggs. He uses old oil in a dirty, old frying pan. When you ask for salt and pepper, they don't provide a set for guests; the chef provides his own, which is all greasy and dirty from working in the kitchen. The same goes for the sugar bowl. The second major drawback of this hotel are the towels. They're disgustingly gray. They really deserve to be replaced. I think they've done their job.

I got stressed without internet.
