Very helpful staff
It's not really as advertised. The rooms are somehow dark, the windows don't close properly and you can hear everything from the street. It is not really a hotel - no reception, it's a bit weird as a setting. It looks worn out...
רצינו לומר תודה ענקית למלון, ובמיוחד לג׳וזף, על אירוח מושלם! מהרגע שהגענו ועד לרגע שעזבנו הכול היה פשוט מצוין. החדרים היו נהדרים, היחס היה חם, אישי ואדיב, והרגשנו שדואגים לנו לאורך כל השהייה. באמת שהכול היה מעולה ונהנינו מכל רגע. תודה רבה על חוויה נפלאה — בהחלט נשמח לחזור ולהמליץ!

The room was tiny.
We had a Shabbat code to get in that didn’t allow us in. We heard people’s babies crying all night. Very disappointed

The service: Quick, responsive, always with a smile. There was also a bottle of wine waiting. The hotel also has a nice common area to get coffees and sit, even though there is good coffee/tea in the rooms. The location is perfect - right across from Mamilla and at the intersection of King David and King Solomon streets, all with great food and shops and access to the trolley.
The room was a little small, but still good.

location great, the room was noisy, the shower liked all the time the bad was close to the shower and the glass door was transmitting the light directly on the person sleeping near. also no one prepared us for the staircase -leafting a soot case was not so nice
I canceled and never got my money back back they use pictures from different hotel they call it hotel but there no reception I can use the electronic key on Shabbat and I learned they don’t have dinner or human reception on weekends I canceled and got scammed

מנהל המלון גו'זף היה אדם יוחד, אכפתי וסבלן.
הזמינות שלו , אוזן קשבת וטפול בכל בקשה ראויה להערכה.
החדר - נקי, מאובזר היטב ומזמין.
פינת השתייה והקפה, מכונת הקרח - כל אלה היו לנו לעזר ממש.
האמבטייה מאובזרת יפה.
קיבלנו בקבוק שמפנייה מפנק, בונבוניירות ובקבוקי שתייה. היה נפלא!הקושי שלנו היה בחנייה. זה דבר שחייבים לתת לו מענה. אולי אפיל הנחה לחונים בחניון ממילא או לפחות לאפשר לשלם תעריף יום אבל לא להוציא את הרכב כל ערב. זה הקשה עלינו מאוד, ובמקום קשה למצוא חנייה בפנגו...
