We booked 2 rooms as we have kids, they gave us 2 rooms driving distance away. Not next door to each other. Then we asked for a closer room to our kids and were given one option, a cigarette smelling room with a mouldy bath / shower, so we had to shower all in the one room. Wifi also didn’t work for the kids to use. Should have been given a refund. Worst hotel ever.

3 females staying in the room feeling a little unsettled staying in the room.
Pros:

Concierge was nice, check in went well

Cons:

Pull out couch was broken, stained, carpets stained, cockroaches in the room, smell of kitty litter, fly wire screens and curtains all ripped and torn. Wifi didn’t work.

Pros:

We have stayed at the Knox International a number of times. Our accommodation has always been ready on arrival and staff very courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable with good pillows, plenty of towels and the kitchenette adequate. On-site parking is available at no additional cost. Thank you!

I booked a spa room.. when I arrived I was told that the guests the previous night had trashed it and it was unsuitable for us.. they had no other spa rooms available (which isn’t the issue) but we where not even offered a discount or anything for the stuff up..!

Easy, stress free and the best place to be!
Pros:

Very disappointed and the apartment was very uncomfortable to live in for reasons given above..
Pros:

Nothing, whole complex should have been rated 2 Star NOT 4 Star

Cons:

The whole apartment needed a full refurbishment, carpets need replacing, furniture needs replacing, fringe stuck on freezing, all contents were frozen top to bottom of fridge, big gap all around front door, spiders, snake could easily slip under door etc. I had to put bath towel to seal the gap on the floor, balcony table had an ashtray with cigarette butts still in it.
