Sahid T-More Kupang

The cleaness was very poor. The room had mosquitoes and hairs in the floor. The toilet was very dirty, the toilet bowl was very durty, the toals for bath was unclean and stained. The shampoo as opems seemed used previoulsy. I had to ask for an exchange of my bedsheets as woth was dirty.

If you want to find a hotel in Kupang city that is close to the airport, this hotel could be one of your best choices. This hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. Even though this hotel is an old hotel, it's still clean and comfortable, the rooms are also clean. Mineral water, tea, coffee and water heater are available in the room. TV, wifi, fridge, room slippers are available in the room, even though there were very few TV channels. The hotel location is not too far if you want to travel to the central area of Kupang.

On our early staying someone knocked on the door at 6:45 am and said room services when I was praying. Received called from the guy in the restaurant who said waitress forgot the bill folder in our room when he delivered the meals. I told him you should leave until I get up and you has disturbed my son who is in his deep sleep. I has to rushed answer his called when I was praying I need to stop!
Really disrespectful as he annoyed when you are on holidays. I’m not returning to this hotel and I’m not suggest anyone because far away to downtown.

Stayed here for a night, as I transiting from Soe to catch a flight. Chose this hotel because it is very near to the airport & the price is very economical. The room is big & the bed is comtortable. However, the wifi is not reliable. But for transiting for 1 night, I think it's ok.

Nice hotel, near airport with free shuttle to/from the airport. Only 5 min from airport.
Room was big, bed was comfortable enough. Fast wifi. Cleanliness could be improved. Not much around the hotel, excpet some restaurant next door.

Me and my family go to dinner in Sahid T-More Hotel, and we order some food like soto, rice bowl and another, I like the foods so much, and the service is nice, the pleace also comfortable and clean, so I recommended you all to come Sahid T-More hotel and enjoy your day.

Sahid T-More has a spacy meeting room enough for about 90 people. They also served us with delicious foods. Good hospitality from all of the crew right here. One thing they should consider about is the room maintenance. Overall, it was a satisfying experience with them.

Close to airport. room is large, wifi is quite slow and not stable. AC is not really cold.
Staff is quite friendly but slow respon.
Breakfast is tasteless to my liking. Not worthed and there are flies in the restaurant.

Way overpriced. Only 2 bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. No hair dryer. Inadequate coffee and no creamer in room. Shuttle didn’t pick up at airport. Only 2 pillows for a “deluxe double” bed. Complimentary breakfast was leftover food from night before. This room should have been priced at $30 per night, I paid $138. Total rip-off

Stayed at T More Hotel only for one night. Actually because Wings Plane was Canceled from Kupang to Rote.
Rooms are OK.
Staff is Slow. Food and Specially Beer is too Expensive for the 3 Started Hotel.

I went to Kupang for a night on my way to Timor Leste and I was surprised by this hotel, really nice rooms , breakfast included and was excellent, the price actually was really good but booked in Booking.com.

I´ll come back if I pass by Kupang again.

Free airport transfer. Near to airport. When I stayed the exhaust in the bathroom didn't work and the technician repair & change it with the new one. Fast response to give a assistance. When you fly out early morning flight, they will provide an early breakfast.

Spent 2 night there on our last visit to Kupang. The room is spacious, bed and towel is clean, bathroom is just ok for a sleep and go type of hotel. Don't expect to much in Kupang since I have been in much worse condition.
Matters to improve, the airco in 314 need an update, it was too noisy, the hot water only last for 15 min. At least two live stall at breakfast should be achievable within Sahid standard.
But the unbeatable one is this hotel is very near the airport so for a business stay it realky helps alot.

La habitación es comoda pero algo vieja, El baño decepcionante, la ducha va a qualquier parte, se inunda todo y no está demasiado limpio, del lavabo sale poca agua. Necesita remodelacion y No cumple los especificaciones de la pagina. Lo único bueno es que el desayuno, es abundante y que el hotel tiene transporte gratuito al aeropuerto. Muy mala experiència : Llegamos de noche sin reserva, nos dijeron el precio de la habitación doble ya que no tenían ninguna con cama de matrimonio (400.000), lo mismo que ponía en el cartel de fuera. Pagamos, conforme, con tarjeta. No conseguimos vuelo y decidimos ampliar pero ésta vez lo hicimos a través de 'Hotels.com' eligiendo cama de matrimonio. Así que por la mañana lo informamos y nos cambiaron de habitación, pero la habitación que nos dieron No tenia las facilidades que decía que tenían en la página (en la página al comprar según ellos se describe una suite, no una habitacion 'superior'), en finda igual lo peor fue que al entregarnos la factura de la noche anterior nos damos cuenta q nos habían cobrado 50.000 de más(culpa nuestra por no mirar el pagar)pero se lo comento en recepción y llaman al "encargado" y dice un montón de cosas inconexas: primero que no es posible, luego que si era por el desayuno incluido, luego que son de depósito la por la llave y que me lo devolverán, y finalmente dice que lo pregunta a la recepcionista que me atendió (por teléfono) y que ella dijo que nos había dicho 450.000. No nos lo devolvieron claro.

Good for transit stay, when you need short distance to the airport.

We slept two nights. Before and after a week in Alor.much was to be improved. The building itselve is OK, rooms good size. The staff Is less than adequate. The first night we did not get our wake-up Call. Our complaint was not received well. Breakfast looks Ok, but much was cold and both times everything was prepared for someone to bake eggs and omelets, but no chef. We left laundry with a form to be washed, when arriving a week later it was still in the laundrybag, decomposing. The showers on the third fluor do not provide warm water. Both our rooms had Windows that coldn't be closed completely. Last item was the airport drop. As they have a lot of aircrew we were adviced to waith till al of them were transported, and we could be brought 40 minutes before departure???? The frontdeskstaff Is an disaster, at least at our two visites

nice hotel with good service near airport. youcan choose if you have business near air port in kupang. have a good choice breakfast with large room hotel.
no pool but in the morning youcan see live man playing sasando, a tradional local music of kupang

if you happen to travel to Kupang, capital province of East Nusa Tenggara, you may consider to stay at this hotel
don't expect a pool, nor great surrounding
it's close to the airport, 5mins drive, room is spacious, wifi is free, eventough some corners might get a weak signal, and the hotel give an airport shuttle for free, drop and pick.
breakfast is decent, relatively clean and quiet, 10-15mins drive to Kupang downtown
fit for solo and business traveller, might not for family weekend stay

(+) free wifi, clean & comfortable room, price is acceptable, service was nice & friendly, located nearby the airport

(-) no swimming pool, food was average, nothing to do at night because the location is in the middle of nowhere
