Convenient Location, Poor Amenities.
Pros:

Convenient Location for Skiing: The absolute best thing about this accommodation was its proximity to the bus stop for the ski resort. This made getting to and from the slopes incredibly easy, which was a major plus.

Cons:

The price we paid felt excessively high for the standard of accommodation offered. It simply didn't justify the cost.
The mattress was far too soft and clearly of cheap quality, resulting in a very poor night's sleep.
The bathroom had a persistent and unpleasant smell, which was very off-putting.
While we were asked to clean the dishes, only one dishwasher tablet was provided, and no other cleaning products were available.
The supply of toilet paper was inadequate.
Navigating the building was a frustrating experience. Reaching our room required taking one elevator to the third floor, walking through a hallway, and then taking a second elevator to the sixth floor. This complex layout was unnecessarily complicated.
The swimming pool area was not well-maintained and appeared dirty, making it uninviting.

Good, relaxing stay
Pros:

Good well equipped kitchen and living area.

Cons:

We needed to make our own beds and strip when leaving. But it was OK as it was well priced for the 2 days. Close to the Summit walk and 14 mins to the village by foot.

location is great
helpfull reception staff

Cons:

building, room and facilities outdated and thus looks VERY tacky
web pics are very misleading - our room looked nothing like the option we chose when booking. If the website reflected the real pics I would not have booked.
poor signage (we arrived late, in the rain and struggled to find reception)
no English info - I understand we are in France - but as this is a tourist area - surely some info can be supplied in English? (they dont even offer an English TV channel!)

Been once, won't come back.
Pros:

The residence is located at walking distance from the shops. The flat is well equipped.
Most of the staff were nice and friendly.

Cons:

On arrival, we had to wait more than 2 hours at reception while someone (identified later as a member of staff) kept popping in and out of the area to smoke his cigarette ignoring us completely. When reception finally opened, I was politely overtaken by another arrival who claimed to have arrived before us. Bad service.
Pool was closed due to technical reasons but it seems that this is a permanent situation according to other reviews. Seems more that they don't have the means to operate a swimning pool. Not so good since the local lake was also closed to swimners due to bacterial infestation.
No place to stay outdoors close to the residence.
No mobile network forcing to pay for wifi.
